There are major issues throughout the house that were never properly addressed: large cracks in the sheetrock in multiple rooms, a leak behind the upstairs shower wall, and carpet installed so poorly that it creates tripping hazards. On top of that, animals have now gotten into the attic, which makes me question whether the roof was installed correctly or inspected at all. What concerns me even more is the sense that cheap materials were used while the insurance company was billed for far higher‑quality work. Our home was in good condition before this, and it's heartbreaking to see it left in worse shape after their involvement. All we want is for the company to fix the problems they created. That shouldn't be too much to expect from a business that claims to operate with integrity.
