I had an issue with a laptop, made an appt. on line, went and discovered a better layout and customer service. We got helped right away, they identified the issue, they called an hour later to choose a part and the laptop was ready for pick up the next day. They had to change the hard disk. We did get the membership and it was worth it (hope I won't need it again, but it's a nice peace of mind) because we were told they had to change the battery as well. Unfortunately, they don't carry those (in the past, we had to get them from Fry's close by, but since it closed, we ordered those via Amazon, delayed shipment, not a fan) so we came back after a week to have it replaced. It was ready next day. So, hopefully this will help. We did get the help, some people working here are nice and give you good tips. More improvement overall.
