The person working, Mike, over charged me by $100. $25 for a cleaning fee that he said he wouldn't charge me if I came and got the bag which I did. But still charged me. Then charged me $75 for gas fee and 6 gallons of gas. Mike said I did not return the truck with a quarter tank BUT I DID NOT RENT THE TRUCK WITH A QUARTER TANK. I have the photos to prove it. I showed him the photo of the gas tank clearly under the quarter tank mark and the photo is time stamped. He said it's not valid because HE CANNOT SEE THE QUARTER TANK LINE IN MY PHOTO. it was taken at the wrong angle. You be the judge. I will be contacting his supervisor in hopes to be reimbursed for this fraud. read more

This is an old fashioned independently owned office-help center - with FAX services - Shipping - Copies - Packing - Mail Services - and more. The owner works with another fellow and both of them are keen and devoted to their product. And the prices are the best I have seen in the area. Screw the over-priced Staples congomerate. I requested a u-haul truck for a Sunday pickup. Management called me the day prior and said they would be closed but I could still pick it up with a code to their lockbox. I showed up Sunday, spent an hour on the phone with customer service for them to tell me that the truck I reserved was with another customer and they could not fulfill my reservation. Beyond frustrating. Would advise getting a truck through anyone else. read more

Scheduled a pickup Sunday morning for earlier in the week through the Uhaul website. Friday morning I get a call saying that they are closed for Sunday and I can either pick it up saturday and pay for the extra day or cancel. I call them back, no one picks up. I check the Uhaul website see that "A Ship N' Box" has already changed my order to Saturday. Unable to change it and they wont pickup. If they were unable to provide on Sunday it should not have been an option. If they are also cancelling they should cancel rather than reschedule and not answer communication attempts. I dont recommend this place and wont be using them again. read more

I don't quite understand some of the other reviews. You have two guys trying to run a small business these days without overstaffing. I'm sure they can go for hours with no one walking in, and then a Uhaul rental request can hold them up with one person for a while. That would be hard to staff well. Truthfully, they are generally nice and even when they are busy they attempt to be helpful. They are one of the only places around that do such a wide variety of shipping options and packaging and mail miscellaneous. If I could give 0 stars.... that would probably be too generous. I missed my UPS shipment, so UPS being SO INCREDIBLY SUPERB dropped it off nearby for pickup. Sweet right? Wrong!! Soooo wrong... when it came to having to deal with this place. So, I head to the location WITH MY DOOR-TAG AND ID IN HAND... walk into the location to be greeted by a man who asks how he can help me. I proceed to tell him that I missed my package and wanted to pick it up. He takes my Id and door-tag and proceeds to inspect the packages that are in a pile next to me.... directly in front of his register and counter space. Target... Sephora... random stuff. All to which I told him wouldn't be mine because I haven't ordered from any of those. He then asks me if it could be under a different name or address.... when I walked in I told him the address as my ID has a different mailing address on it and the door-tag had the correct one. Downhill from here..... He proceeds to tell me that he can't find anything for me with that address or name... asks if it's in someone else's name... i give him the names at the address and he tells me they would have to come get it because without that name on my ID he can't release anything. I ask if he can tell me if he has any packages in those names so i can have them come retrieve it and he tells me he has nothing for that address and can't give me any more info. I ask him to use the door-tag with the correct address and the tracking number to locate it. He tells me he can't use the door-tag because it is an invalid way to find the package as "anyone can make one of those".... wait wtf?! So now I'm trying to create labels.... bruh the way my time is set up, yea no.... run me my package home slice! He never makes an attempt to check ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE STORE!!! But tells me I need to contact UPS to locate it as he doesn't have it. I ask him why would they leave something notifying me of it being there AND EVEN PUT THE INFO IN THE PACKAGE TRACKING INFO ONLINE. He tells me he can't help me. *INSERT SUPER TALL HUSBAND HERE* I go outside and tell the Mr... He's been waiting in the car with the baby for the whole 10mins I'm in there trying to get douchetastic to release my goods... his grip was tighter than Smeagles on "the precious" of my stuff! He's livid at this point... Grabs the door-tag and goes inside. Asks the man where the package is and the dude tells him he doesn't have it and that where I TOLD HIM TO LOOK (wtf?! Now I run your store and tell you where my package is?!) it isn't there. He tells him he's tired of his nonsense and to go get him his sh*t right now. Man scurries INTO THE BACK WHERE APPARENTLY THERE ARE MORE PACKAGES and comes immediately back with my package... that he claimed wasn't there... that I was mistaken about. Doesn't check Hubby's ID... doesn't check the names.... doesn't recheck the door-tag... NOTHING!! Hubby snatches it and walks out. I HOPE I NEVER MISS ANOTHER UPS DELIVERY... read more

I'm so grateful for Edgar, the owner of this place. I wasn't home to get my UPS delivery, which was my daughters Christmas gift. UPS told me it was delivered to the drop center, Ship n Box Depot, but it wasn't there. I was really stressed out because here it is, the last open day before the holidays, and I didn't have my daughters gift. Edgar called me, using his caller ID to get my number, to tell me my package had arrived. He went above and beyond what his job was. Better than any other Uhaul that I have been to, and I have rented a lot of trucks.

I was nowhere near home to print a few copies so i reach this place and when I walked in and the guy that worked there wasnt so welcoming. He looked more annoyed and wasnt really helpful when i ask if i can print something out using my own laptop and i also supplied the cable beacuse he said he didnt have access to a computer and if he did it would cost me 2.50 a page. I normally go to kinkos fedex for these kind of things but i figure that the 8 good reviews from the previous yelpers was enough to make me think that i can get atleast good customer service from this place. read more

His computer could read my usb. The printer read it but he didn't know how to work it. Would not allow me to use the computer to access Dropbox. Lost my business. At least he sent me next door to a place that has a "public" computer. Guy next doors computer read flash drive just fine and let me print what I needed! read more

Best Uhaul rental experience ever! Nice little retail location - completely different from the usual "truck depot" feeling of your typical Uhaul rental outlet. Gas stations close by for easy refueling when returning vehicle. Also, I left my car at his location for the morning while I used the van I rented. Easy, convenient - PERFECT!
