Aside from the minimal embarrassment of finding out afterwards that I tried to eat a thermometer thinking it was water (I was thirsty), that I inquired multiple times if I had a BM (I used a more colorful word) during surgery, and that I told everyone I was pretty... The entire experience was quite pleasant. From what I remember of the staff pre-sedation, they were as they advertise. Competent and compassionate. From what I was told by my designated post-surgery driver, the staff of doctors and nurses also have a pretty good sense of humor and roll with whatever bizarre behavior their patients throw at them! The surgery center staff (minus my surgeon and my anesthesiologist) even went so far as to follow up with a get well card afterwards. Thank you April (registration), Alison (pre-op), Claudette and Trisha (OR), and Debbie (recovery). My hope is that I won't require further surgeries, but if I do... I will once again be choosing to have my procedures scheduled at the Brentwood Surgery Center.

I still have not received the refund Amy offered nor have I received any communication from her to clarify what she did intend to communicate or to proceed with a refund she offered. My most recent visit was for horrible arch and heel pain in both feet. Dr. Greer was very thorough in his examination and explanation of what was going on with my feet. He took x-rays off my feet and then suggested custom orthotics. I've had them before through a different doctor. The other doctor used plaster to make molds and it was messy. Dr. Greer said there's a new and improved way. It was zero mess and it takes into account your height and weight and factors in your arch or lack there of. I can't wait for my new orthotics to come in. Fingers crossed that these will alleviate my pain. Dr. Greer also told me I should get new shoes every 6 months due to the amount of walking and being on my feet. He explained it like new tires for your car. I'm confident that Dr. Greer will help me get this taken care of. I highly recommend Brentwood Podiatry.

My issue is I am scared to continue being treated here as I went in and got a biopsy that turned into an infection that I got antibiotics for but they were not transparent about the infection in my chart and tried to play it off like we will just give you meds just to be safe but it was clearly infected and painful and pus filled. On top of that the same person that did the biopsy job was trying to stitch me up again and I was petrified of going through that nonsense again. The other part is administratively it took forever for them to receive my referral.
