I'll be picking it up in a few days once complete and I'm super excited to have my board tuned up ready to go for the fresh pow!!!

Staff is so friendly. Everything can be booked online. The ski boots I rented looked brand new. The bunny slope is nice n magic carpet is nice too. I will definitely come back n take a lesson so I'm needing to be rescued by the ski patrol ‍. The ski patrol was fast and amazing. They were my heroes!

The treatments were fabulous- always. However, I am still wondering why the face isn't part of the body for the whole body scrub. My face is part of my body! Some units are 'ground level' but located one level down from the parking lot in some cases. These have direct access to picnic tables and charcoal grills on the lawn. The upper levels have patios with tables. I believe they are time-shares, but we stayed for a week, booked through a third party site. Our unit was two bedroom, two bath. We had a small full kitchen with just about everything you could need to cook a meal. The dining table seats four and dishes accommodate eight. The sofa pulls out into a sofa bed. The furnishing were in good condition and the appliances clean. We were given dishwasher tablets, dish soap and a sponge, trash bags, four sets of towels and pool towels. Washer and dries are free and guests wash their own towels or pay eleven dollars for set to swap them out with housekeeping. On-site amenities include putt putt golf, basketball, volleyball, two outdoor pools, two indoor pools, hot tub, sauna, daily crafts in the activity center, an arcade, Karaoke in the bar, a snack bar where you can get burgers and the like, a movie theater, a community patio, shuffleboard, weight room and playground. I may be missing something, but there is a lot to keep you and the kids busy without leaving the resort. We were given a schedule of events and movies playing when we checked in. The kitchen includes a full size fridge with freezer, microwave, stove with oven, and dishwasher plus coffee maker and toaster. I brought along containers for storing left overs (I brought lots of food), extra paper towels, my chef's knives and a few other kitchen essentials that I often find missing but were included here. The coffee cups are 6oz so if you like a big mug - bring your own. There were a few wine glasses. Guests throw their trash and recycling in the dumpsters located near their building before departure. If you run out of paper towels or need laundry detergent or charcoal briquettes there is a small shop in the activity center. There was plenty of TP in the bathrooms. The towels and sheets were in good condition and the bed comfortable. The weather was in the 90's during our stay and the AC kept the unit nice and cool throughout our stay. Hot water took quite a while to reach temperature, but once there, there was plenty of it and the water pressure was good. I wasn't a fan of the shower being 'in' the room. One bedroom has a separate bathroom. The other has a small room for the toilet while the shower/tub and vanity are 'in' the room. Very 1970's. Your room 'key' is a wrist band that is connected to your credit card. You, or your kids, can use this wrist band to buy arcade tokens, purchase food at the snack bar and so on. Train tracks run past the property and they do blow their whistle when passing through at all hours. There is quite a lot to do in the surrounding area and this location makes a good 'jumping off' spot. We spent our days being tourists in the area, and our evenings sharing a meal on the deck with family. Would stay again.

The building is really beautiful and at any other time we would have made use of the beautiful common spaces indoors and not just enjoyed our room and the grounds. The room was impeccably cleaned and staff were attentive to needs that came up during the visit. The absolute stand out was our room service meal set in front of the wood-burning fireplace in our room. They came up with a table, offered us options for chairs, had all of the food wrapped in plastic and covered in warming lids, but done in a way that did not interfere with even the delicate plating details. The portions were substantial and food quality was outstanding. They even provided gluten-free options that went above and beyond to accommodate an allergy. I wish I could give 4.5 because there were some minor areas for improvement, but I will round up given COVID was likely a contributing factor.

They didn't like where my husband parked our car. No biggie. I think the Pool Boy could have handled it. All he had to do is ask us to move it. Next thing we know the manger of the Hotel comes to the pool standing over us suit & all. After announcing his titled he ordered my husband to move the car. It was definitely a reprimand for his bad behavior. Of course he moved the car. When we returned to our room there was a hand written note offering to serve us dinner in our room that evening. I called the desk to ask about this & was told this was a new thing they were offering ! We ate dinner in town that evening.. I could go on & on with our crimes & misdemeanors. I spoke to this TIGHT A.S JERK when we were checking out . I asked if the General Manger was available. He has a total passive aggressive personality. I expressed my disappointment about the weekend. He went through the list list & more of the above. Wait a minute , aren't I the quest. Isn't this his job ? Doesn't it come with the territory! If he was so disapproving of us he could have asked us to checkout. He didn't do that though. He wanted our $3900. He may not have like us but he liked our money.

We stayed in a one-bedroom suite on the 4th floor with beautiful mountain views. The suite was spacious and very comfortable for two people, with a king bed and a full kitchen that made it feel more like a home away from home than a typical hotel stay. The resort also has an indoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, and a small gym, which I used during our stay. The mountain-facing view created such a calming and peaceful feeling throughout our visit -- the perfect setting to recharge, unwind, and enjoy a truly stress-free getaway.

We were served very overcooked casseroles, overcooked scrambled eggs, grossly undercooked bacon and rather sad bits of yogurt. They really need some improvements here. That said -- and we know it requires us to be honest -- we would definitely look forward to returning with fingers crossed for some improvements in the breakfasts. And yes, 33 Main is on the pricey side, but it's high season for Tanglewood -- a very short drive away -- and given the quality here we think it's well worth considering a splurge.

We have been to several resorts and have never been billed separately to share a room. Over 12k for 3 days of mediocre service and amenities. Extremely disappointing. Can't see going back to one of these properties with these elevated prices compared to other resorts. No way to gain repeat Bussiness.
