    Cantine Spritz & Rose Spritz

I celebrated my birthday with my boyfriend last Wednesday at this cute and amazing place. The ambiance is incredible, very cozy and modern. The service was outstanding, food was great, and the drinks really good. We started with their Cantine Spritz and Rose Spritz, they were both really good, but Rose Spritz was my favorite. We ordered a wine flight, they came in beautiful mini bottles, which was very detailed and beautiful. The wines that we picked tasted awesome. For tapas, we had tortillas espanolas and Fromage. Fromage comes with goat cheese, Brie and Gorgonzola cheese, everything that I love. It also comes with pecan, bread and a delicious spicy jam. Please you have to try this jam, it's super delicious. Tortilla Espanola is a combination of different flavors and really really. I recommend everything that I ordered. And I want to come back as soon as possible.

We very much enjoyed our first visit here last night. We dropped in around 5:15 pm and caught the tail end of their Happy Hour (M-F 3-6 pm) and stayed for more tapas. Scored prime pet friendly seats by a lovely fire pit on their back patio. Here's what we tried... * HH Mezze - Selection of charcuterie, cheese and olives... so good! * HH Pintxos - 2 x 2 crostinis of serrano ham/manchego and blistered cherry tomatoes. * Focaccia with Olive Oil - Features bread from Kelly's Bakery * Deviled Eggs (3) - Decent rendition of this classic * Pinsa Flatbread - prosciutto, pear & cheese on a light thin bread. This was very yummy. Good selection of wines on tap or by the glass or bottle, beers, ciders, etc. I especially liked that they offer a build your own wine flight for the wines on tap (which I tried) or by the glass. Lovely laid back ambiance indoors and outdoors out back. Service was friendly, helpful and attentive. Looking forward to returning to try more interesting sounding items from their tapas menu.

Have seen this for a while just too busy to stop we should have. Flat bread 2 choices we had the second a fresh mozzarella and basil with tomato sauce, wonderful. a red wine flight. For dessert a hot brownie and a glass of dessert Chianti Classico. Large comfy chairs and plenty of food and an outdoor patio's, front and back.

Such a cute little wine bar. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. I love how cozy the room is and how they come to you to order. The service was fast and friendly. Enjoyed the drinks and ambiance.

Nice chill vibe, yummy drinks, good apps, pretty patio, and friendly service. Went on a Thursday night and sat outside on the patio and watched the sunset. It was really nice. Got a lavender lemon Kyla kombucha that was really good - got a second one. Def would go back for drinks. And it's now my fave new alcoholic kombucha drink. The food was good, not amazing or anything, but yummy and I'd go back again. I got the deviled eggs, lamb chops, padron peppers, charcuterie board, and ham tortilla. It was all pretty good. Probz won't order the charcuterie board again as it just seemed very empty. Mostly just meat and some mustard. Also had to ask for the bread that was supposed to come with it. Padron peppers could've been cooked a little more. The tortilla was probz the best thing and I'd order that again. The seating arrangements were cool. There were a lot of comfy spots. A fire pit. Loved the view outside (though some bugs flying around at dusk, but quickly went away after the sunset). The seating on the patio gets a little tight, but there's also awesome heaters by them for you to keep warm. Inside has comfy couches. Service was mostly good. The lady that was our waitress most of the time was very nice and attentive. Her male counterpart was a bit two sheets to the wind (and you could tell she was having to make up his slack) but other than that totes great service. Def coming back for some more drinks, tortillas, and need to get wine next time fer sure!

My experience visiting this Winepub is a 10. Great service & very friendly owners. Had a great time, they offer board games and little cozy seating areas inside and out. I guess I wasn't a wine person but I did like the pear apple cider, wasn't bitter and little bit of sweetness. My sister and I had ordered Mac & Cheese w/ & w/o pork belly. Both were delicious, recommend ordering if you plan on eating light. Would love to visit again!

Hideout is a poppin!…read more Every time I come here the food is fantastic. Sometimes there's a wait and although worth it , it can take some time. But we have yet had a bad experience here dining. My last visit my friend and I decided to share appetizers so we could try a variety of items and try a few things on the menu. Everything was so tasty! The onion rings were crispy and came with bbq sauce, one of my fav items we got! TIP: It is a good option to order for a large group, it is a large portion for $10. We also shared the burrata and tapenade, I like that it came with balsamic glaze for a savory and sweet effect. We got the Mac and cheese and added short rib. It was a really large portion too! It was as $15 for the Mac and + $9 for the short rib I believe which I didn't think was a bad price at all for what we given. We had a ton left over which will last us 2 days as a side dish for dinner later on. Buffalo wings came with 11 wings, they were garlicky and the buffalo sauce had great flavor. Overall this is always a great spot to drop by for dinner, drinks, and/or appetizers. It's easy going here, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the food is delicious.

Pros: Food was excellent and we are def coming back again. The smoked Gouda Mac n cheese was amazing and the serving was huge for an appetizer. The charcuterie was on point, they could have added more crostini. Cheeseburger patty was perfectly cooked to order. It was well done but still moist. The seared ahi tuna salad was yummy!! Just the right ratio of salad and dressing and there were plenty of ahi tuna. Our server was great and the food came fast. She had a few recommendations which we ordered and she constantly checked to see how we were doing. 4 stars because the inside looked so much better than the outside. They could spend more time upgrading the outside seating area especially by the fence. Parking is a little rough when it's busy. We just got lucky we found one right away. Overall, I'd recommend this place if you're in the area.

We were treated very special at both visits. The 1st time it started raining while we were seated on the patio, so they moved us inside and gave fresh everything. Our April visit, we were seated in an almost exclusive patio dining area, for 6 people. All of staff were lovely. We initially chose this place for the Bloody Mary's which are superb. But, it is also a really good brunch choice. From eggs benedict to salad to sandwiches. Everything we ordered, both times, was really good. I'm going to look for the photos now.,

Super creative dishes, great farm to table flavors, and good value for large shareable portions. The all California, mostly local wine list is amazing, and great pricing with many bottles at $50-60. As a consolation, he mailed me a $125 coupon and asked us to call ahead so they could "properly prepare" for our visit. My girlfriend and I decided against giving them advance notice. We didn't want to risk "special treatment" so we returned unannounced on a Saturday lunchtime in May. The 2nd go-around didn't go any better. We were again greeted by disengaged, visibly checked-out staff, and after a round of grunted responses, we were seated in the bar area. The menu itself was a problem: we were told 90% of it wasn't available at lunch, and half of the remaining 10% wasn't available until 2 PM. The food was a repeat of April's disappointment. The clam chowder arrived cold, and no hot food was available at all. Service remained slow and inattentive, and the staff couldn't even process their own gift card. Shadowbrook is a poorly run restaurant with substandard food and service to match. If you're looking for a special-occasion meal in the Bay Area, look elsewhere. This place needs a serious overhaul in the kitchen and on the floor.
