The bowls here are really well balanced with fresh fruit, granola and I love the coconut shreds. The texture I get with every bite is so satisfying- the right amount of crunch is the best part. And most people don't realize it but the utensils you eat an acai bowl with really matter. Whenever I go to a place that uses the recycled wood type spoons, I don't even want to eat because it leaves such a bad taste in my mouth. I know "save the environment" but I'm really glad the spoons are plastic ‍ The guys working the truck are so funny and make the whole food truck experience that much better and makes me want to go back just to chat with them more. I'm really looking forward to the "Boyz" being around all summer.

The avocado greens salad with the everything crusted avocado is SO good and the Mexicali Tostada salad is another of my favorites (I always get extra dressing of each - it's SO good). I've also ordered the Chili Garlic noodles that have the perfect amount of heat with the gochujang sauce. Although my bowl did not have the extra Nutella like I am used to and also there were some open spaces inside of my bowl, (Milton usually fills my bowl up, no open spaces inside the bowl) I'm rating this a 4 out of 5 because it's just so delicious. As for service the employees here were super nice.
