    Unfortunately, customer service has declined since the new owner has taken over. Trying to get a warranty on a convertible top and they either cannot or refused to produce the receipt which should still be on their files.

    This Is The Second Time Using Canvas Experts. Went Back Because Of The Great Experience I Had The First Time. Did A Complete Replacement Of Hardware SS Components & Repair To Some Tubing. Saved Me From Having To Buy Brand New. Didn't Try To Upsell Me. Needed A New Bimini For My New Boat. What A Professional Job. The Owner Steve Has Great Integrity & Honesty. The Money Spent Was Worth Evey Dollar.

    Repaired sunroof glass

    I had my sunroof glass replaced as it shattered due to a tree branch falling on it on a windy day. Although my insurance found them, I have to say they were great. The glass shipped to them quickly and the install was super fast. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend them.

    Outstanding job great customer service. Had the top to my 1990 Mazda Miata MX5 replaced last december. Quality job looks beautiful. One suggestion get your convertible tops replaced now before it gets cold. Reason being some of these manufacturers make the top so tight that they need to stretch out a bit in order to easily close. So it took a couple of months of fighting with the top to get it to close sometimes took more than two or three other people to help. But overall canvas experts were there to help me with that issue if I couldn't get the top clothes I drove by and they were more than happy to help me close the top and we're even at one point willing to order a new top from the manufacturer for me. Also done as soon as the weather start to warm up the top started to soften and it now closes no problem it's tight as a drum and no leaks perfect and looks beautiful. So for customer satisfaction and customer service I don't think you can beat campus experts. I've had a copper to replace in the past never quite happy with the outcome. But this time it worked out fine.

I knew this was the right place to house our belongings when I asked the manager during the tour if they had issues with pests or theft, and he was mortified and responded "what kind of storage unit would we be if we had pests and theft happening?!" (A response I had not gotten from a different storage unit I toured before finding R and 21st storage). He then went on to share with me all the security and pest prevention measures they take. Booking the unit was easy, the price was reasonable, and it's very clean and professionally run. They have ample available carts and do a great job with security. They also have ample parking. Also because there's only one entrance and limited hours, we felt especially confident in our items staying secure and in quality condition. Cons - the hours are somewhat limited (particularly on weekends when they close at 4) and because it's a fortress vs. drive-up it does take a bit more effort (and time if using movers) to get stuff into the single freight elevator, down the hall, into the unit etc. All that to be said, it was the "cons" which gave us a much better sense of confidence, security, and anxiety reduction leaving our belongings here. You will absolutely get an arm workout from the lifting the elevator rolling door up and down though! We can't say enough positive things about the experience and it's great that it's located right in the heart of midtown!

    They have the worst hours and they are not honest with their hours. Their website said they should…read morebe open till 5:00 p.m. today on Sunday. I planned on them to be open. I showed up a little after 4:00 and they were closed. See screenshot of their web. I can't go after work because the gate is locked. I can't go before work. If you work M-F, you may find it hard to access your storage unit. So horrible hours, not open when they state online they would be, and they are over priced.

And you will be added late fees before the day they are suppose to be added. And they have mice problems and they don't care to do nothing about it... They will chew your stuff up. I used to work their and the owner let me go because she discriminated against my disability. So I filed a Complaint on her. They were more than happy to officially file it. They use to tell me not to remind the customer about their refundable $30 dollars. I could not work for people that take advantage of people trying to make it. They also ripped me off on my paycheck. So much money you would not believe it. I was part-time and they took over $1300. And wouldn't honor my sick or vacation pay. And they also took out for Medicare. How dare them... And I have 30 different complaints on them. They talk about homeless people. And check your receipts because they won't apply the correct amount to your account... They sold someone's unit and then had the nerve to tell them that they owed on it so the guy believed it was still there and paid close to 1,000. And when he opened it it was empty... And they knew 2 weeks prior and didn't bother to call the guy and return his money. So I did and the owner tried to get the credit... I could not work for a company and sit there and represent them and lie to the customers or rip them off. Cause I am honest. And I can't believe they did not pay me for all they owe me... But she will have to... And everyone else... Bad business. She did not just steal from me but she took out of my daughter's and grandsons .
