He told me that installation is free with purchase. As the tow driver off loaded my car he ran out the door and told us to leave it in the street, which we did. He then went on to tell me that the would not install my battery because of the location behind the tire. When I suggested that it shouldn't be difficult all you have to do is remove the tire and install, he told me "If it's so fucking easy why don't you do it" and he walked away. The place was empty in terms of customers at the time so I didn't understand what the attitude was all about, but beware they will tell you one thing over the phone and do another in person! I would rather use Autozone because at least they have a business model that respects the customer.

They were super clear and honest from the beginning to end. I liked how they used text messaging to let me know what was up, to send me a video of the "newer model" specs. They gave me a very fair deal. And the repair prices were fair. I like how clean the storefront is and that they keep their work in the back . My call was answered quickly on my first attempt and he scheduled a battery drop off same day with minnimal wait! The price for the battery and delivery fee was very reasonable. He brought his diagnostic tools and ran a couple tests to be sure everything was proper. He took my old battery as well! I found the fuel delivery price out of my range so instead i bought a container at autozone filled it with 2 gallons and saved money. It was a great experience, and i will be sure to use this company again for my car battery needs!

Upon bringing it in, Roger charged me 160$ for a "motherboard level repair". I accepted it hoping that it would cover the entire job or at least most of it after repairs. Now about 3 days ago I had not heard anything from them yet so I call and they can't even recall that I brought it in to begin with. After I gave Roger all of my info that tied me to the laptop, he says he will call me back and never does. The next day I show up and he tells me it is completely taken apart and he is trying to determine what part it needs to be repaired and how much more it will cost for me. He promised to give me all the info I need by the next day. The day after that I call and he texts me back rather than answering the phone. After telling him who I am he no longer responds to my message. Today I picked up my laptop extremely unsatisfied with my experience here. To pay 160 dollars up front for my laptop to sit around and be forgotten is unacceptable. The customer service and lack thereof on Roger's part is also unacceptable. I will never bring another electronic here again and I would highly recommend that nobody else does either. I'm also fairly certain they never touched my laptop to begin with. None of the screws have any signs of being touched and the information he gave me seemed like he was making it up.

He was not high pressure for a sale, and even showed me how to make bass adjustments on my existing system. While the price for the new radio install was more than I wanted to pay, I could not be happier with it and I think not was worth the money. I opted to have them retain all of the steering wheel controls. He even connected my existing back up camera to the new system. Additionally I love the new dash cam. A driver was getting aggressive in traffic after a baseball game the other day and I pointed to the camera and said go ahead I have it all recording and he backed off and quit cutting people off. So it is definitely an effective deterrent. All the shop staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated how they could greet new customers while maintaining their focus on the one currently being helped. I never felt ignored. And it was all done with a genuine smile. It looks like people are enjoying their work here. I appreciate that. As for the installation, I dropped the car off and left it for the day. When I picked it up, Tony came out to help set it up and give a tutorial for both the stereo and dash cam. I was impressed with how good it all looked. It's obvi not factory but it looks quite natural. The camera is behind the rear view mirror. I can see it and yet it is not at all obtrusive. I would absolutely recommend this shop and I will come here again in the future. Another thing that I loved is that aside from the new equipment, you would never have know work had been done. After dealing with a serious rodent problem that caused multiple dashboard warning lights and no working lights at all, they were able to track everything down and fix it fast--same day, actually. The price was more than fair, especially compared to what a dealership would have charged. Jason was great to work with: knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful.
