We took our Porsche Cayenne in for an oil change. We have taken in before with no problem. This…read moretime when my husband left a message came up that said "Oil limit above maximum" my husband called they said to bring it back. The service guy said they thought it was a turbo which 9.5 to 10 quarts our car takes 7 quarts. My husband took it back and the same message came up "oil limit above maximum" my husband called back and was told they would call us back and never did. It cost approximately $160. We took it to Porsche which they determined there was too much oil and removed it all which we paid $250. I would not recommend this place poor customer service.
