Tanya was completely transparent and offered a price that was very fair. It was clear right away that they run their business with honesty and integrity. What a blessing when helping your mother part with her collection of older pieces. There are a bunch of vendors all under one roof. I was able to speak to a few places that made offers and picked the place that made the best offer for each item. High end watches are in demand, are highly competitive... it pays to look around if you want to buy or sell... there's a few good spots here. For gold jewelry, typically all they really care about is the karat type 14k, 18k, 24k etc. and the weight. They give you an offer on the spot and will pay you cash. I found the price varied somewhat so best to go to 2 or 3 spots. You get the hang of it quickly. I found the people I met here to be very nice and were respectful... not pushy. I saw people mostly buying items... jewelry, esp. diamonds. I believe there's also 2 other locations... Boynton and Aventura.
