I arrive at 10:35am to find the business still closed. This company should consider changing their name, they move at the speed of pond water. I saw all the positive reviews and decided to go with Bob from Clock ER. He responded within a few hours, and then came out THAT day to look at the clock. He said if was missing some pieces and some of the pieces were broken. He took the heart of the clock home with him. He was upfront about the cost and we thought it was very reasonable. He came back the next afternoon and put it all back together. And now it works BEAUTIFULLY! We have missed the sound of the clock chiming and are very happy. Unfortunately, the music box cannot be fixed and it was impossible to find one just like it. But the rest of the clock he was able to get up and running beautifully. He brought it back, installed it and showed me which weights to use on which chains and adjusted his price since it wasn't a complete repair. Store people refuse to make good on our claim of over charge. So it would be impossible to shop there again. Watch this place. Do not trust what you see.
