I completely understand that employees have responsibilities around the property and that regular security checks are necessary. However, this is not based on one isolated incident. It is something I have noticed repeatedly during my visits, which is why it has started to make me uncomfortable. I don't want to assume what the reason is or suggest that anyone is intentionally watching customers, because I simply don't know. I can only describe my experience. When the same thing seems to happen repeatedly while you are accessing or organizing your personal belongings, it can create the feeling that you are being watched or checked on rather than simply seeing normal property monitoring. I appreciate having security at a storage facility, but customers should also be able to access their rented space without feeling uncomfortable or overly monitored. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and find a balance between maintaining security and allowing customers a reasonable sense of privacy while using their storage.

I've rented from Shery and her crew (Sandra & Johnny) for the 4th time and every time its been a wonderful experience from checking in and returning the unit. First of all, they are very thorough explaining how to operate the RV. They also go through the RV control panel which shows all the measurements. They walk you through how to operate generator, microwave, fridge, stove and AC unit. The RV's are cleaned and disinfected prior to pick up and as you walk through they urge you to make sure it is clean. So for those people saying its dirty amd not clean di you nkt walk the unit prior to leaving and signing the documents? With all 4 of my experience they have been very clean and throughout. If you ever wanted to try RVing, call them directly instead of booking on the website of Cruise America and they can help you and may even get you a better rate. Do not rent a unit here. They have rats. I had an indoor storage unit and spent my entire Saturday…read moremoving everything out and wiping down all of my belongings because they were covered in rat feces. What makes this even worse is that no one notified me about the issue. I have children, and now I have to worry about possible health risks from exposure to rat droppings and viruses. Thankfully, the rats didn't destroy my property since I don't store food in the unit, but that does not make this situation acceptable. Now I'm left without a storage unit and dealing with a disgusting mess that could have been avoided or at least communicated properly. I've attached pictures so people can see for themselves.
