It is completely covered in rat urine and poop, my washer, dryer and fridge were covered in rat waste and the wiring chewed. Do not store your stuff here they are completely infested with rats, there are traps everywhere but they don't do anything, when taken up with management they dismissed my complaint and told me this was normal and expected. My mother had a storage unit in Monrovia for years and never once had a rat in her unit. Hector was rude and dismissive when closing out my unit and had a sour face and attitude because I complained about rats. I would never return to them, I payed over 150 dollars a month for over a year so my stuff could be ruined, I thought the point of storage was it kept your stuff nice??!
