I live pretty far from this marketplace but it's the closest to my home. There is EVERYTHING to do here! Only 2 businesses that i like are missing but otherwise it's great. Grocery shopping can be found at Target, Aldis, Baron's Market, or Ralph's on Antelope Rd. There's just too many businesses for me to list! If this shopping area didn't exist i don't know what i'd do! read more

During the past 6 months this year, I've been in and out of this small shopping center for various shopping needs. Always plenty of parking, with a variety of stores and restaurants. Pretty much all the basics for an outdoor shopping center. Nothing major to highlight. Yesterday evening, I was at awe and so amazed at such beautiful holiday lights. THAT was exciting!The entrance to the shopping center has got to be one of the best holiday lights I've seen so far. Each entrance to this shopping center called out, "Look at me, I look so amazing, watch my lights glow and sparkle...you have to come in and drive right through" Anyway, great work to the head coordinator and design crew of the holiday lights at the Menifee countryside Market Place. Without hesitation, I'd call Countryside Marketplace the equivalent of DJ in Irvine. While there are a good variety of shops and eateries here, the craziness of trying to get in and out from the hot mess better known as Haun Road is NOT the business. The roundabout entrance from Haun can be a hit or miss situation. There are always those drivers who are in a rush, texting, or just don't bother looking to see if it's clear. Then you sometimes have to deal with the ones who just don't know how a roundabout works at all (oh yes, they're out there)! Both are annoying af to say the least. The parking lot outside Bushfire Kitchen, Crumbl, Panda Express, etc. could have been spread out more. Be careful turning those tight corners because some people make wide ass turns. I've come close to being sideswiped a few times from dummy drivers who don't pay attention, smh. Stalls seem to be slimmer in that lot compared to the rest of the Marketplace, too. The Target store forever runs out of stuff, and the Starbies inside never really gets the new merch. If they do, they don't get a lot so whatever it is sells out fast. TJ Maxx and Home Goods usually have decent things, and if you're a techie, there's a Best Buy here. =) Burlington is one of the newcomers, but it doesn't seem like they're getting a lot of love. If you're hangered, there's Red Robin, In n Out, Miguel's, Hana Sushi, Bushfire Kitchen, and a few others to choose from. Better Buzz is supposedly coming soon to the old Starbucks location, but it's moving at a snail's pace. It's a good place to get shopping done, but I'd recommend coming during non peak times. You'll want to avoid the nuisance of hitting all the red lights on Haun. Have at it! read more

This is a very popular local mall judging by the traffic and number of people in the area. I stopped in to visit a local ice cream shop. This area of the mall is really popular as most of the eateries are in this section. In the corners of this section are tables for outdoor eating. One corner has a large fire place which would be real nice in the winter time. The corner by the intersection has a nice pond to walk around. They have plenty of parking. Only complaint is the parking can be tight. Most newer strip malls pack in the parking to maximize space. Also, when entering the mall along Haun Road from Newport Road, take the second light. I think it is easier to enter the and get around the parking lot. If you enter at the first light, after you take the left turn in, there is a three way intersection with stop sign. Traffic backs up as it is the most popular entrance and a majority of the restaurants are on the left. read more

It's a great plaza. Not very special. They have good food places. I like the chipotle one and In-N-Out burger. We would always go to target and Best Buy. I would recommend coming here. read more

Down the street from my house, what is with me living by the malls? I lived down the street from the UTC mall when I was living in La Jolla and now this! Could be a very dangerous thing! I really like this place, lots of options for food and restaurants, great places to go to for your home needs. I've been here at Lowe's and Best Buy quite a few times. The food court is almost like a serene area, well, it's made for you to relax and enjoy your food there. There's a nice little pond and fountain, and it's really nice to see that they put in all this effort to make this very kid friendly as well. You'll find me here a lot. read more

This is a pretty cool new shopping center that I always stop at for lunch or a Target visit when I'm in the area. http://www.countrysidemarketplace.com/ A nice huge new Target plus Lowe's, Kohl's, Best Buy, Old Navy, Tillys, BevMo, Staples, PetCo, Red Robin, In N Out, etc etc. The food court area is nice, with cool landscaping, a pond, misters (I love misters!) and tons of umbrellas. They also have an outside area with a huge fireplace and comfy chairs. Looks perfect for when the weather is cold. This center is a 'little piece of heaven' for people that live in the area. No more driving to Temecula or Murrieta for this stuff! read more

I really like this area! Having a Super Target with ample parking is awesome! I also like many of the other stores here. The outside eating area is also pretty cute, and uncommon for such a place. I could see myself stopping here for lunch and having a nosh outside and relaxing a bit before getting back to work. Parking is really great here and everything looks new. For places like this in the Inland Empire, this is definitely one of the best. Seems to have all the right places too! For your eating pleasure there is;Chipotle Mexican Grill,BJ's Restaurant and brew house,Wing stop,Panda express,Starbucks and for that sweet tooth after See's Candies&Baskin Robbins,Favorite other stores most would be ;Lowe's,Ulta, Justus,Forever 21,Super Target,Staples,Lane Bryant,Tully's,Home goods,Famous footwear,Etc. Countryside Marketplace is a great outdoor plaza that has shopping convenience galore. Clothes, pet supplies, home-improvement needs, liquor, a Super Target... whatever you may need or want, chances are this place has got it. I'm reviewing the actual market place. Not the stores. This place really had potential! There are several features I really enjoy about this place. 1 is the covered fire pit just outside of Beer Hunter. When this place first opened this area it was cozy with built in wooden lazy back chairs and cushions. But guess what? Those cushions are long disappeared and now we're stuck sitting on hard wood with splinters. Not cozy anymore. Still the fire place is nice but it's just not comfortable. 2.There is another open fire pit outside Chipotle on the other side but that's not the kind you can congregate around. Whoever designed this place had good ideas and terrible ideas. The fire pits and pond were good ideas. Terrible ideas? The giant oversized potted planters! I've seen people walk smack into a bush sticking out of the planters because they grow at about face level and they are not trimmed. I have walked into one. They narrow the walkway between Baskin Robbins and Beer Hunter so much you have to walk single file to avoid them. The parking is very poorly planned. Their use of space is not the best. The little area that covers Beer Hunter and Star Bucks is always packed. I've seen near accidents and people fighting over parking spots. They should have made this area larger and with more spots. Who in the world thought it was a good idea to use a round about?? Those things are an accident waiting to happen. Every time I've had to hop on that thing there is always some confused driver who ruins it for everyone on the road. Bad bad idea. The parking for the rest of the center is fine. It's wide open and there is plenty of it. The shops are good. Target, Kohls, Justice, Sport's, Chalet, Bjs, Beer Hunter, Chipotle, Bev Mo etc.... The quality of shops is average to above average. The parking and design are not that great. Please hire a different planner for the next center we get in town. read more

We loved going to this place! The fireplaces are nice! It is starting to go down however. Last night we were surprised. Only saw security one time. People smoking everywhere. I cannot breathe. Unsupervised teens, swinging from the overheads like monkeys. Ants everywhere and dirty tables and decks. I used to go there to play chess. I will be going elsewhere if this trend keeps going down. I called the management and got lots of excuses "It is a million square feet, we tell our tenants to clean, our cleaning service closes early". read more

Love, love, love Countryside Marketplace. Yeah, it's got the same ole stores, but the atmosphere is what is unexpected. A huge firepit, a pond, fountain, lots of outdoor seating. Security is in full force, in golf carts and segways. Great vibe, its style is country with a modern twist. read more

The Menifee Lowes couldn't deliver it so they went out of the way to call the Hemet Lowes to make arrangements for me to purchase it there and have it delivered the next day. Pretty nice shopping center. Traffic is bad, but that's mostly due to idiot drivers. Not enough shade to park in. Prices are pretty high in many of the stores. No discount stores that I know of, closest to it would probably be Target and Pay-Less Shoes. Best part is the art fair that they have once per year. Numerous upscale restaurants. Has an In-and Out Burger place also! read more
