At first, the test drive, the ac was not working at all. When I mentioned it, they said they didn't know about that but filled it up right away and it worked. They told me if it wasn't working to come back, but I also added more freon to it a few days later with some a/c pro and it still works great! Nick was very awesome and friendly guy, did his best to get the best deal I could. On the way home I did get a check engine light as I expected would happen lol, I did not call them about it and decided to check it out myself first, after checking the code and further research, it was probably a purge valve issue, which I discovered for some reason it was unplugged, not sure why, but after plugging it back in, have had no check engine issues since! For me it was no hassle, great environment, and a very friendly team they have, which I can't ask for more, thanks!

I've reached out to them and they said it wasn't their problem. The said my premium warranty would cover it so I was transferred to them at another shop. I booked an appointment with that company and some dude named Greg and today he hasn't contacted me before his shift started. I called and left voicemail to ask where they are located to take my truck in and no email or call back not even to ask if I was coming did I receive a call. I called trucks only this morning to only hear that Steven was in a meeting and will call me back in 20 min. It's been over an hour and I'd rather just leave this review so people can be careful when getting a truck from these people. They say they care but I haven't gotten that vibe at all. Who knows maybe they do this to more customers and somehow delete the reviews! I don't know what is going on all I know is that I'm screenshotting this review in case they delete it and reposting it on every single platform until they fix what they promised. They could have easily said DO NOT trade for this specific truck it needs repairs and I would have respectfully asked to see another truck.
