Got a 2006 Toyota Tacoma with 190k miles on it about a month ago, I wanted to wait a bit before leaving a review, and it's still running great! At first, the test drive, the ac was not working at all. When I mentioned it, they said they didn't know about that but filled it up right away and it worked. They told me if it wasn't working to come back, but I also added more freon to it a few days later with some a/c pro and it still works great! Nick was very awesome and friendly guy, did his best to get the best deal I could. On the way home I did get a check engine light as I expected would happen lol, I did not call them about it and decided to check it out myself first, after checking the code and further research, it was probably a purge valve issue, which I discovered for some reason it was unplugged, not sure why, but after plugging it back in, have had no check engine issues since! Terrible Experience at SNB Motors - Women, Please Be Cautious I feel compelled to share my experience with SNB Motors to warn others, especially women, who may be considering buying a car here. At first, things seemed fine. But very shortly after purchasing the car, I started having issues with the air conditioning. To their credit, they did fix that -- but unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. Not long after, the check engine light came on, and I started experiencing transmission issues, which are far more serious and costly. When I brought these concerns back to SNB Motors, the customer service I received was shockingly poor. I was dismissed hung up on in the middle of a phone call and not taken seriously, and I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being treated differently simply because I'm a woman. They showed no urgency, no accountability, and no real willingness to help after the sale was made. This dealership does not stand by the reliability of the cars they sell, and once they have your money, the support seems to disappear. I feel deceived and deeply frustrated--not just because of the car issues, but because of the way I was treated. I strongly urge other women to be cautious when dealing with SNB Motors. Do your research, bring someone with you, and don't let them pressure you into a sale. I truly wish I had gone else. They will sell you a faulty car with a bad transmission in air-conditioning issues that they are well about before they sell you the car do not trust them. Do not come here. My experience as a blind buy shipped to CO. Nick was my salesman, shared with him I was interested in the 2016 Chrysler town and country. He said it is a clean van, that has gone an inspection with their mechanic and cleaned detailed etc. Stated it was a good looking van and he even took some videos and sent them to me. Pleased with what I had seen I was still very much interested. I expressed some concern because of not being able to test drive it what that would look like after the van was delivered. Nick stated "I would never sell something that is not safe to be on the road" | being a widow mother of 3 kids this made me feel assured that it was a decent van. And to proceed with the sale. Nick was quick and efficient about getting documents prepped for my viewing prior to giving down payment. Secured the vehicle with a down payment later that day which was a Thursday going into Friday. After all docs were signed I had not heard from anyone in over 24 hours via call/email or text which was all prior to giving down payment. Monte and Sue were two others I had spoken to for various reason. Sue for doing the paperwork part. She was kind and helpful, (lots and lots of paperwork was signed) Communication was transferred to Monte, I called at the 24 hour mark of not hearing from anyone. Stated I gave a $4k deposit and signed all docs required and have not heard from anyone, about further action or shipping details. He answered the phone while closing on another deal and he stated just that to me I'll have to call you back. This was on a Saturday near 4pm their closing time. He did call back 45 mins later apologized and said things are good to go and they will be shipping the van out after the weekend and should arrive at my house Wednesday. I said thank you for giving me an update. Monte had called me again (10-15 mins later) and said they are waiving the shipping cost (this immediately rose my suspicion) I was fully said they are waiving the shipping cost (this immediately rose my suspicion) I was fully prepared to pay shipping cost as quoted to me by Nick at being $200-$300. Exterior is the usual used car look few lil scratches here and there, nothing that was awful. After all it is a used vehicle with 105k miles. Intererior was clean however it was not detailed. Still found splatter coffee on the dash and console, white goop smeared on sides of 3 of the seats it was sticky so not sure what it was. Trash from previous owner under the console/seats. Called my mechanic who I have used for the past three years and owning an older Chrysler town Country prior to this one. There were several "small" things that would have been including on a basic inspection. Oil filter filthy usually when you have an oil change, that is also changed the cabin air filter was missing. The rotors were warped, and there was a transmission side gasket leak. Headlight bulb was also burnt out. My son was hit by a uninsured person that totaled his car, so he needed to find something fast but wasn't obviously planning on it. They throughly helped him get in a nice reliable car with very low miles. Plus making sure it was something he could afford through college and got him great financing! They also made sure the car had new tires and in pristine condition! They are the nicest most honest people and felt totally comfortable with them. OMG!! Thank you Nick and Suzy for going out of your way to ensure that I have a safe and secure vehicle for my twin daughters first car. I had been looking for months and was starting to get discouraged with finding something nice, clean, and safe that was economically responsbile for their first car. We found a 2011 Volkswagon Tiguan in a price range, and it was in the best condition we had seen, but Nick let me know they needed to finish inspections. I told him to take his time that we were not in a hurry. They spent two days on the car to make sure it was in tip top shape for the girls. When a fuel sensor needed to be replaced, they went ahead and replaced all four. Not to mention, Nick had let me know they needed to keep it a little longer because he was not comfortable with the condition of the tires, so they put on all new tires at no cost. This is a father and son used car sales business. They advertise on Craigslist as an individual. BEWARE- the cars are very nice looking and extremely clean, including the engine. You can't tell if there are any oil leaks or anything going wrong with the engine because of the excellent detail work. I bought a Mini Cooper from them that had an oil leak (couldn't tell it was leaking because the engine had been cleaned) We ended up having to replace the turbo oil line (a $900 repair) because it was leaking so badly. The owner told us we might have to replace the brass o ring on the oil line if it started leaking. He already knew the oil line was bad. The people are very nice but that's their job. The reason I'm giving this a one star review is because in our interaction I was specifically asked to not write a review. I would honestly think that communication skills is what is lacking in the entire interaction. I went in to purchase a 2001 GMC Sierra. There were some holes that were on the vehicle that the told me that they were going to fix on Sunday and have a mobile paint guy come and fix the hole. As I went to pick up the truck on Monday there was white tape on the roof of the truck and no paint and no hoes filled. When I walked in to ask nick why the holes were not filled he told me 2 reasons one that he was booked up and second he wanted a better job done. Which would be completely understandable because that was one of the options we discussed but at the end of the deal we had made on Saturday I was told it would be done Sunday. Also I called on a check engine light and he was very stand offish when asking about it and test driving. I feel as someone who is purchasing a vehicle should be informed of a decision that is being made which would make me have to bring back the vehicle after purchasing. Purchasing a used car practically guarantees there will be SOME issues (well duh; I knew we'd need new tires, and probably shocks) but at my price point I expect to spend a little after purchase. So, I have always dealt with my personal "car guy" and was happy to find Nick's company, a family owned business, with some great deals in my price range. I purchased a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder from SNB recently - a LOT of car for a really fair price. After getting it home, and running it up to Sedona as a "shake-down cruise", I noticed there were 2 issues which did NOT appear on the test drive. I made arrangements with Nick to bring the car back in. The 1st issue was taken care of immediately; the 2nd required a part be brought in. That is in now, and the car is being worked on at this writing. I found everyone easy to work with and not only willing but eager to be sure the car was safe and roadworthy. With great customer service like this, our next car will come from this showroom, too. Buying a car in general is always so stressful and you never know who to really trust and if you are even getting a good deal or what you are really buying especially used cars. This was the best experience I've had by far. Nick was always communicating back and forth in a timely matter and was very patient with me.
