Eli is absolutely amazing at what he does. His communication is spot on. He is very informative. He handled all the information I needed with both dealerships, in terms of pick up and drop off etc. He was absolutely 100% professional, and put me at ease regarding the handling of my vehicle. I felt embarrassed, asking him if he transports high-end vehicles!? Lol. My car is a dime a dozen in a bucket compared to some of the other exotics that he handles daily. Not to mention some of the vehicles that he has in his own personal fleet. If anyone is reading this review, and is considering transporting their own vehicle, they should definitely consider him as his prices are beyond fair, but more than anything else his white glove treatment of your prized possession. We thought we were well-covered with USAA Roadside Assistance, but after multiple delays from their contracted vendor (Agero) and over 2 hours of waiting, we took the matter into our own hands and reached out to Doug at AA Tech. He was there within minutes, got our spare tire on and proceeded with finding and installing a new full-sized tire. He was both professional and personable. We were on our way home within an hour. I had a spare course, the spare was extremely difficult to 26 years old no sign of anywhere, when Ron inflated it the valvestem went. So grateful that Ron and Jan knew what to do, and he just hustle that 20 foot trailer with my ski boat on it onto his beautifully, well equipped, flatbed trailer, and Syd I will see you at your house and Woodland Hills.
