We were required to obtain a release form from the Sheriff's Department, which cost $495. Once the release was obtained, I paid an additional $235 at the towing facility to retrieve my truck, as it had been stored overnight. My main concern was the limited weekend hours, which are only from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. In my opinion, these hours are quite restrictive, especially for customers who need to retrieve their vehicles over the weekend. Additionally, the facility appeared to be short-staffed during our visit. We waited over 40 minutes for someone to open the gate so we could retrieve the truck. While I understand staffing issues can happen, the wait was frustrating and added unnecessary time to an already stressful process. Overall, the staff member I spoke with was helpful and courteous, but the limited weekend hours and lengthy wait time could be improved to provide a better customer experience.
