Only after hooking me up and putting me on the flatbed, and as I was sitting in the cab with the driver, he handed me the phone to his dispatch. The dispatcher said AAA does not cover commercial vehicles. I explained it is not a commercial vehicle. It is my personal daily driver. They then said the van had to be emptied to be towed. I was in Santa Clarita needed to get it to my car alarm installer as I thought the issue was with my aftermarket car alarm not my battery. They charged me $350 to go 25 miles. We called AAA and they said this is not the case. I have filed a complaint with AAA. Screw you, Castaic towing for the predatory practices. Obviously zero stars of available.

When the driver arrived he quickly and safely loaded my vehicle. I then climbed in to the cab of the tow truck. This cab was immaculately clean. I was quite impressed with the driver and his pride in his truck. He took me to my home and then safety dropped the vehicle at the selected shop for repairs.
