It seriously felt like I was in an episode of shameless. Second, my card was charged twice, the first charge had taxes and the second didn't, making me believe the second charge was done maliciously. One of the women yelled and cursed at me when I called about being overcharged. My bank took care of it and am glad that nightmare is over but I will be observing my credit card closely in case they stored my information. Stay away from them if you can because I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone.

The nail was in the center and in a repairable area of the tire. From there he told me he'd have to sell me 2 and was pushing for me to replace all 4. My tires are still under warranty mileage. Was able to go up the road elsewhere and get my tire fixed with no issues. Was told they work from commission here and are known to push unneeded sales.

He is from the Napa store in Fort Myers on Boy s Scout Drive and happened to be in Naples for the day helping out. He was so incredibly helpful in getting me the battery I needed - even bringing it out to my car. As the store was not busy, I asked if he could help me switch it out. He told me that they normally do not do that, but since the store was not busy he would help me as he always likes to make the customer happy. It only took a couple minutes and I was on my way. Devin went way beyond what was expected and was so friendly and helpful, even wishing me a good day and to be safe when I left! He is an example of what customer service should be! While the thrift shop I found was filled with treasures, when I got in my car to head home, happy with my purchases, I found that my car wouldn't start, and I saw the battery light come on. Well crap, what do I do now? I asked around inside the shop to see if anyone had jumper cables and could help jump my car so I could head to the nearest Hyundai dealer, which was, luckily enough, eight minutes from where I was located. I'm not sure why I hadn't equipped my car with jumper cables, but alas, these are always the moments you realize these things. When you're alone and in an unfamiliar place. Surprisingly, nobody in the shop was able to jump my car, as everyone was in rental cars! What an odd predicament I had found myself in. Before considering a tow, I tried a last ditch effort to call my family who I hoped maybe hadn't left the area to head home just yet. And as luck would have it, they were in Fort Myers grabbing lunch! They also didn't have jumper cables, as they were in a new car, but they picked me up so we could go purchase a battery from the dealer. Just a block into our journey, we spotted Advance Auto Parts (why this hadn't come up in my online search of the area, I'm not sure), and I popped inside and was able to pick up some jumper cables and a battery for my car! They even had several options for the battery, and I opted for one with a four-year warranty. The shop was tidy and easy to navigate, and the service was helpful and efficient. My family and I decided to go jump my car and come back to Advance Auto Parts, as the kind associate said he could help replace the battery for me. Given that it was midday and nearly 100 degrees outside when he changed my battery, I can't express my gratitude enough for this wonderful man's help. He really saved the day and I appreciate that there are still businesses like this out there where people will help when they can. Thank you for being there!

I've generally had good experiences ordering from Import Image Racing. Their pricing is usually…read morecompetitive, and I've had no real issues with previous orders. This most recent order was a bit of a mixed bag, though. Everything eventually arrived in a relatively timely manner, but there were a couple of issues. The Cobb x WeatherTech floor liner set arrived with only the rear liner, even though I had ordered the front and rear set. I had to reach out to IIR, and they sent the missing front liners. There was also an issue with one of the KYB strut assemblies. While the strut itself appeared to be new, it arrived in an old/unmatched box rather than the original packaging, and the hardware that normally comes with the assembly wasn't included. This ended up causing an issue with my repair shop and delayed the installation. Update: IIR followed up with me and provided some additional context about the floor liners. They explained that the Cobb x WeatherTech products are drop-shipped directly from the distributor, so they don't physically see or inspect those products before they go out. They apologized for the issue and said they'd work with their support team to try to prevent it from happening again. I appreciate them taking the time to explain what happened and, more importantly, making things right when I brought the issues to their attention. The original experience was frustrating, but the way they handled the problems afterward definitely left me feeling more positive about IIR. I'll continue to order from them.
