At first everything seemed great and they were very helpful but once everything was paid for we were just a number. The day of travel our flight was delayed due to "maintenance issues " and Delta said they weren't able to contact us because our information wasn't provided by the agency needless to say it became a blaming game between the two. On the day of our return once again the flight was delayed and we were NOT notified. I once again give the agency the benefit of the doubt and it was the same situation all over again. They didn't follow up with us to make sure everything was fine and I am still waiting for a call back from the Agency to help me figure things out. Other than payment arrangements we had absolutely no benefit in booking with them. Save yourself some time. If you want things done right do them yourself.

Instead, it took several days to hear back and when we did: 1) they used some weird online service that asked for a login to even see the proposed itineraries 2) they had extremely long layovers and actually missed a city we were planning to visit for a few days In my mind, the whole point of hiring an agent is to make things easier and save you hassle. But recently we had a scheduled flight that was cancelled because of a blizzard. There was no way I could arrange a new flight because the airline "disappeared" all of the flight information. It was a weekend and we were stuck. I reached out to Dasa on a Sunday morning in desperation, not really expecting her to be checking work email on a Sunday morning. But she responded within minutes! She got us booked on another flight at no cost and did it all on a Sunday morning. We would have had a nightmare on our hands if not for Dasa. She has also arranged at 16 day trip for us in May; she arranged plane fare, all hotels, and rail passes... always providing choices and waiting for our decisions.
