I thought our service would end when we booked and paid but nope! Jerry continued to send us recommendations and ideas for our trip to Orlando. Even while down there, I was a bit lost on what to do with some free time. Pixie Vacations came through with last second suggestions that made our day. Since I didn't plan on attending teen events, I intended to book my room separately. However, I was later informed that I must book through GradCIty with her, so I canceled her trip. Initially, I understood it to be one adult per room (the website says you must be 18 to book a room, and she would be 18 at the time of trip). After reserving her spot, I was told that the rule requires someone over 30 to accompany a student in each room. If that is indeed the rule, they should never have accepted my deposit for her. At the very least, they should acknowledge their poor communication and refund my money. I'd rather lose the $175 than experience what other travelers did with this company. What a scam.

Not only did he not phone me, but also didn't email me. I told my husband about my experience and we agreed to not use this poor service. Today, I was able to book a 5-star trip.
