Very grateful that during the pandemic, this Cape Cod staple is open for business. They are very clean, practicing social distancing, touchless transactions, sanitizer at check out, no crowds. This is my favorite place on the Cape to buy good quality Cape Cod merchandise. I have been coming here for 20 plus years, and the owner is always nice to customers. The prices are great, and what I like the most is the quality of the hats, hoodies, t shirts, sweat shirts. A lot of the items I purchased years ago still look amazing, and lasts for years. Be prepared to be wowed at all the various sweat shirts. They also have Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket merchandise. Excellent shopping experience, and always a must visit when on the Cape! Really, no love from the other reviewers?! I love this place. Always seem to find something here whenever I'm in the area. Yes, it is rough around the edges. If you take your t shirts too seriously, don't go here. If you're looking for anything generic versus something in particular, and on the cheap, this is where you want to go. Some older lady that worked here followed us around and was SUPER rude. She said if we needed help and my mom replied, "We're just looking" and I heard her say under her breath that we're wasting her time. She also thought we were stealing based on how often she would would follow us around. You get what you pay for at this no-frills, super cheap tee shirt and hoodie shop. My 14 year old snagged a $20 hoodie (medium weight) and a $6 cheapie-thin tee shirt. Cuffy's is better but also more $$. Meh. read more

My family and were shopping for gifts and souvenirs. There were multiple items on which the store did not honor their own prices. One was on a pair of Keens water sandals marked $15, which they told us were mis-priced and wanted to charge us $25. We also wanted to buy a large beach bag which did not have a price marked but was identical and on the same rack as other bags marked $12.95. The manager told us the price was $14.95. Needless to say we felt we were being swindled and left the store without purchasing either item. What kind of store, with manager approval, does not not honor their own price tags? I would never come here again. I came in this store with my family in the summer and the owner announced that all prints on clothing were free. Yet when we paid for the clothes, he charged an extra $10 per print. I would have been okay with the extra $10 if he had been honest, but the owner was incredibly rude about this and lied that he never said that. After, he messed up my cousins sweatshirt print and when she asked for it to be redone, he said no. His wife was trying to tell him to redo it for her and he just told her to shut up. Would never come back the owner is awful. read more

The prices are great, the souvenirs are fun. So why the one star? Because when I came here with my girlfriend, the employees latched on to her immediately and followed her around the store repeatedly asking if she needed help and if she was going to buy anything. Surprisingly they weren't interested in assisting the frazzled parents with the young kids racing around crashing into the display racks, the old ladies wondering out loud what S, M, and L meant on the clothing shelves, or the many other tourists in various states of confusion and irritation around the store. I was in there for fifteen minutes, actually could have used help finding something, and wasn't approached once. But my girlfriend, who happened to be the only black person in the store, apparently looked like she needed a lot of "assistance." It's 2016, you need to be better than this. read more

Cape Cod Sweat and Tee is the perfect place, I have been going here for almost a whole decade and Glen (whom I have now become buddies with) always remembers my face. Great atmosphere and perfect for people of all ages. Store is neat and tidy. One complaint I would have is the standards in each store do not match up. I have been to the Hyannis and Falmouth locations and nothing compares to the Yarmouth vibe. read more

I visited this shop on 8/22 to get souvenirs and was immediately attracted to the low prices , especially a place on the cape . DO NOT ENTER THIS STORE IF YOU ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN. Staff followed me around the store for absolutely no reason. There were SEVERAL OTHER people in the store yet I was being watched constantly. Another employee was rude to me when I asked for help finding a shirt size. Do not support this business. Would not recommend . Would give 0 stars if possible . read more

Horrible customer service! I had the paper from my daughters ice cream in my hand as I entered the store, looking for a trash can, and the old guy at the door told me I couldn't come in until I threw it away! He was so rude. I was literally searching for a trash can as I entered, but he snapped at me as if I was going to throw it in the store or something. They also stare at you like you are going to rob the place blind......I think I can survive without their trashy cheap tshirts,thanks anyway. Avoid at all costs. read more
