Quite a pleasant surprise! We are long-time Cape golfers (my own Cape career extending well over fifty years now) and a bit set in our ways and preferences, but one of my regular golfing companions and I decided to try something new and off our own path, and we had a great time on this course. It's a putter's challenge course: no obstacles or thematically-integrated mechanics, except with the water hole on the 18th. So we give it a slight downgrade for that, because we like rotating clowns, barns with three doors in them, and water traps. But the putting isn't boring, for the most part, and the (somewhat hackneyed, for the cape) nautical theme is not a cookie cutter. But throw in simply immaculate course-keeping, pleasant staff, clean restrooms, and the bonus koi pond, it's a very nice play overall and one that will bring us back again.

Love this place so much. best mini golf with so many fun features all around. Each hole is very different and perfect amount of challenging. great for kids or adults , I've been coming my entire life. the owner is so kind. bonus: koi fish that you can feed and bubbles all around! Open late: if you get there by 930 you can still golf. 100/10

Fun mini golf that is meticulously maintained. The fact that they allow my dog to join us was perfection. We all had a great time and loved meeting the owner. Will visit many times when on the Cape. You should too!

Kids always have a blast here. The owner really takes pride in the landscaping and cleanliness.

Very nice miniature golf course. My husband and I had a fun evening. The owner was welcoming and friendly. Just know that they only accept cash, but they have an ATM on property.

An awesome experience! The price is $11 for kids and $12 for adults. The course is well maintained and each hole is named after a nearby town. There are caves, boats, waterfalls, and more at this course! After mini golf, you can fish the koi fish for free! We had a great time and I would definitely recommend going here!

Came here after purchasing a dope Groupon offer for a game for two at $13. Had to capitalize on a great deal on such a nice night. Arrived around 7 PM and went through a flawless transaction to start the game. Big course, fun theme and great for all ages. Customers range from families with youngins to a more mature crowd. Even with a bigger crowd, waiting for each hole was never a chore with countless benches and great scenery. Awesome location across the street from a ice cream place and souvenir shop. No complaints and if mining golfing is on the menu again, I'd definitely come back.

They only take cash and they are very eager to direct you to their ATM. But the course was in good condition.

Best mini golf on Cape Cod. Hands down. Even when it's swamped, it moves quickly and is worth the wait.

My wife ordered the fish and chips and I ordered the whole belly clams basket. You order at the front counter and then you can sit at a table (it's a big place so there are lots of places to sit) and they call your name on a loudspeaker. My wife's fish was ~6 kinda small pieces that at first I thought were chicken tenders but they were indeed fish and she said they were very good - tasted fresh and had a nice light coating on them. My whole belly clams were a very generous portion of clams on top of a good portion of French fries. Since my stop the previous week at Surfside Seafood in Orleans (already reviewed on Google and Yelp) with a paltry portion of puny strip-like whole belly clams I was a little nervous about ordering clams even at a different restaurant but the serving at Arnold's was very large - absolutely no complaints from me! Very large clams, nicely fried and they all tasted great! I wasn't crazy about the fries - they were those twice-fried frozen fries that I've never been a fan of - I don't understand why restaurants don't make their own fries, especially if they have a good sized kitchen to do it in. The coleslaw was very good - maybe the best I've had on the Cape! They even put cranberries in it which added a fabulous texture to the slaw. Not overly wet with liquid, which is just the way I like my coleslaw and since my wife doesn't like coleslaw, I was able to have hers! Anyway, the food was very good! There wasn't any grease on the bottom of either of our plates, which is testament to their fryolators being clean and the oil being new and hot. We sat way in the back in the tent area and there was a nice young lady there who was cleaning tables as needed and she came by and asked if she could take our plates when we were done with our meal. Prices were reasonable - ~$65 for our two meals which as anyone who has eaten at a seafood restaurant on the Cape knows, is not bad at all. Besides the fries being very ordinary, I really enjoyed Arnold's and we will definitely be back. They have a very large parking lot and as others have noted, it's a cash only restaurant (they do have signs at the front counter indicating that there are two ATM machines on the premises). The entire staff there was friendly and welcoming and worked to make our visit an enjoyable one.

When I mentioned to my friend who lives here that we were eating at Arnold's, his response was…read more"Worst food on the Cape." I don't know about that because I'm only visiting, but it was certainly not worth the line or the price. Long wait, but then a very nice employee took our order. The food is meh. The outdoor tables are SO sticky. Tip jars everywhere, even after we already tipped well at the register. Lucky we had that much for the cash-only policy. It's not cheap & it's not good, so why go here?

I've noticed some major upgrades that have been made since we returned this year. Different obstacles have been put in place, which gives a different variety. I'm big with variety, as I do like changes to an extent. Every hole I have no problem with, but the last hole, take caution. There are steps that lead up to this hole, and when coming down, there are is a little step you have to take before reaching the stairs climbing down. It's a trip hazard and something needs to be done about it to level it straight. Other than that, it's a fun mini golf course.

And yes I know that isn't normalized but let it alone. This place is like that. The mini-golf is great, super fun course with a loop-de-loop. But then the food situation is complicated - some years they have it and some years they don't. And you never know. And when they have it it's great. But when they don't it's sad and you are disappointed but you still like the mini-golf. Add in that the bar may or may not be there and if it is it may or may not be open and the wave function of you chance of happiness here looks something like this: 1/4(+golf+food+bar)+ 1/4(+golf+food~bar)+ 1/4(+golf-food +bar)+ 1/4(+golf- food-bar) Again not normalized but whatever. So there it is, this place exists in a quantum superposition. Of true awesomeness and partial sadness and like in life you never know what you are going to get. So enjoy the randomness and ride the wave-function, dude, if life were certain we'd all be as bored as laplace's demon. But bring peanut butter and jelly sandwiches just in case. Five stars.
