It was a technically difficult adjustment, but he knew what he was doing and fixed the problem. All of the set screws on the three hinges needed adjustment which is like choreographing a musical interlude. This along with tightening the hinges themselves along with the deadbolt and the door knob made the day. Bottom line, my Kathryn is overjoyed. What a birthday present for her! Ingram Brothers is a great organization and Chris is a dedicated employee. I highly recommend any job that they may take on.

We immediately were greeted by a women in the front that let us go right in the back and look through all the wood slabs they had. There was such a great variety! From light colors to dark, and different lengths and widths for any wood project! We chose a lighter white oak that was native to North Carolina! Such an awesome find and to be able to say that the wood is apart of North Carolina was the cherry on top. We were so thrilled.
