It was a technically difficult adjustment, but he knew what he was doing and fixed the problem. All of the set screws on the three hinges needed adjustment which is like choreographing a musical interlude. This along with tightening the hinges themselves along with the deadbolt and the door knob made the day. Bottom line, my Kathryn is overjoyed. What a birthday present for her! Ingram Brothers is a great organization and Chris is a dedicated employee. I highly recommend any job that they may take on.

Second, whole body paint 3 colors with fantastic attention to detail. I did a quick internet search and found this place so we stopped by. So thankful we did! We immediately were greeted by a women in the front that let us go right in the back and look through all the wood slabs they had. There was such a great variety! From light colors to dark, and different lengths and widths for any wood project! We chose a lighter white oak that was native to North Carolina! Such an awesome find and to be able to say that the wood is apart of North Carolina was the cherry on top. We were so thrilled. Our bathroom came out perfect and everyone always compliments us on our live edge sink!

We bought a Bosch induction range through Atlantic. We found the people at the store knowledgeable…read moreand helpful. There was no sales pressure in our multiple visits, and they provided feedback from their customers, good and bad, on the various models we looked at. The price was the same as everywhere else - Bosch does not allow discounting - so that's not a factor. We deducted two stars for the incredibly poor "installation" job. By the time the delivery guys left, claiming the floor would have to be modified for the range to fit (into our standard size and height cabinets), we were glad to see them go, even though the range was sitting in the middle of the kitchen. We checked the electrical connection before we finished the installation ourselves. There was no strain relief installed, which is a violation of code and not in compliance with the range installation instructions, which warn repeatedly not to use the range without a strain relief. (The strain relief provides protection against damaging the terminals on the range if the cord is yanked, and keeps the cord insulation from being cut by the sharp metal on the cabinet.) We called Atlantic, and the response was "we never bother with the strain relief." It is unsafe and unprofessional to neglect this. What's more, the delivery guys damaged the electrical knockout beyond any normal repair. We came close to declaring the unit dead on arrival and returning it. But then we would be without a range, so we spent the next several hours making a safe and secure electrical connection and adjusting the leveling legs for a good fit. The result is the range looks good and works perfectly, and we are trying to forget about the botched installation. DO NOT let Atlantic install or even un-box your range. They simply throw out parts they think are unnecessary (the anti-tip bracket, for example) and go on their way. Do the (simple) installation yourself, or enlist a knowledgeable friend.
