The staff was so kind and warm to me. I tried to get something that was lodged in my ear out by myself and did some damage. They let me know what a mistake that was without putting me down. I was having a really bad day and they all made it so much better. The doctor got it out with NO PAIN. I was amazed! I went there today and I don't usually write reviews but I felt like I had to share what was the most positive experience I've had in a very long time (regarding health care). First, the check in was so quick and easy. I was taken back and seen by the Nurse (CLAIRE, I believe) within 15 minutes after arriving. She was very easy to talk to, caring and thorough when taking information regarding my symptoms, etc. After she left the room, Jillian Garbutt, PA, came in and examined me. She was so caring, concerned, thoughtful and kind. She took the time to explain what was going on (including the medication she prescribed and it's expected results); She also made sure that i knew how to reach her if I was experiencing any problems the following day. It was just so reassuring to have someone helping me that genuinely cared. It's so rare (and very much appreciated) these days. I would definitely recommend this facility to Anyone!! read more

Checked in and waited maybe 5 minutes. Was seen by dr within 5 minutes of arrival in back. Staff was professional, understanding, responsive and facility was clean. Had a chest x-ray and that was taken and results rcvd timely. Will ABSOLUTELY come here again!! read more

I went there today and had such a positive experience! Check in was quick and easy. Every staff member that I encountered were pleasant and professional! I arrived shortly after they opened. I was quickly tested for both COVID and strep, as well as had a chest x-ray. I left with the required antibiotics (thrilled to not have to make another stop!) and this was all within 1 hour! It was such a relief to have quick and pleasant service. I highly recommend this urgent care!! read more

Honestly - everything was good - check in was fast/easy, and most folks working were friendly. It's worth noting, however, that one of the nurses coldly chastised my 4 year old daughter for screaming/crying (in fear). Just horrible. Took wife after 3 days of coughing & fever of 102. Took Covid & Flu & came back negative. Dr comes in and says it's viral infection & just ride it out. No chest X-ray, nothing. Fever persisted for 2 more days so went to Shore Memorial. Chest X-ray taken and come to find out walking pneumonia & bronchitis. How does a doctor miss something like this? Brought 85 year old female with four days severe headache. Tech took blood pressure, temp, pulsox., brief lung check. Doc walked in, leaned against wall, looked at BP on machine, prescribed a BP lowering pill and was out of there. Report sent to doc office reported a FULL check up, and info that was never discussed or reviewed/ care that was not done. We are appalled at the lack of attention to detail, care, medical protocol. So angry and disappointed in a local place of trust and care to be so poorly administered. read more

Woke up with a painful bladder infection and struggled to wait until 8:30 to be seen at Cape Regional Urgent Care in Marmora. Facility was very clean and respectful of Covid guidelines. Dr. Nancy Hawkins was compassionate and very thorough. The entire process went smoothly. They were also able to provide me with medication so I did not need to make another stop before having some relief. read more

Decided to finally get my daughter's nasty ear infection checked out and this was a lovely place for her to receive some urgent care!! The woman at the front desk was lovely and inviting. The nurse was timely and efficient and was a great attentive nurse. The doctor, however, was not the friendliest nor did he really pay attention to my daughters needs, however he prescribed something and we'll just be over here praying it works! It would be unfortunate if it did not work due to him making conclusions based on fractions of what my girl was trying to say.. but we'll trust him! After all he's the professional!! My son recently came to have a TB Test for school. He was there on Monday and went back on Wednesday were they said he was positive gave him a doctors name and sent him on his way. Well the doctor was not accepting new patients and we had no idea what to do. Finally, made an appointment with a doctor thru our medical insurance. Went to appt on Friday where I was taken aside and asked if my son was positive to TB, I said according to your urgent care he was. He informed me that they can't treat him it had to be an infectious disease doctor AND TB IS HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS. What? My son delivers pizza in a resort town, his one brother is a bouncer at a bar, the other brother is employed at mini golf and his sister works in Philadelphia. And my 80 year old parents just had lunch with him. How in the world could you just send him off without such important information. I find it very irresponsible of you to do this. We took him to emergency room and his chest X-ray was negative and his bloodwork was sent to Mayo Clinic and thankfully was negative too. I am so upset by your negligence and the potential outbreak that could have occurred. We have been informed that your office administered the test incorrectly and our son still has a bump on his arm. I hope that you do a better job next time a TB test done and hope people see this and think twice before they go to you. read more

This institution should be examined, vetted, and comprehensively restructured by a skilled and capable HR department and administrative management team, which of course at this moment it lacks severely. The employees working at the check-in desks are absolutely out of line and obviously are not cut out for the job of assisting health professionals and people who are dealing with the variety of health complications that urgent cares encounter. A friend of mine had a concussion and she went to the closest urgent care from her job because she was dizzy and nauseous and hadn't started working yet. Obvious signs of a concussion. Upon arriving she was grossly mis-handled. After using the bathroom she was told to "go back and turn the light off". Why doesn't this facility have an automatic light sensor like all the others. It's not even expensive. Furthermore, she was denied treatment and yelled at by one of the ladies interacting with her. I quote "It is not our fault that you don't know your information". A concussion! How do you get off treating someone that is concussed in this manner after knowing the fact! I am looking forward to contacting management tomorrow to address these issues. I can't speak highly enough of this facility. I visited with a painful fingernail infection and Doctor Hawkins and her staff could not have been more kind, efficient and skilled. Doctor Hawkins has a wonderful bedside manner and worked quickly and efficiently, tending to my issue. Much to my surprise, she was also able to provide me with all of the medications I needed in order to prevent a trip to the pharmacy. The facility is very clean and aesthetically pleasing and I waited no more than 5 minutes until I was in a room with a nurse. Went in without an appointment on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised in how quickly the check in and call in times were. I was there less than 15 minutes and was put in a room and had vitals done. Again, surprised to have the NP come in right away to see what was going on with me and had a plan of care figured out. A quick toradol injection and lidocaine injection and I was on my way to the beach! I definitely recommend this establishment if you are in need of quick quality care! read more

This clinic blew me away with how state of the art it was! The girls at the front desk were courteous and helpful, greeted me as soon as I walked in the door! The registration process was the shortest I remember ever going through at the doctor's office, and the medical assistant who brought me back was professional and knowledgeable.
