Instead, I have just received broken and damaged products for the second consecutive delivery. While the return process exists, constantly having to deal with returns is a massive waste of time and entirely defeats the convenience of paying for a delivery membership. ​This isn't an isolated incident, but the fact that it has happened back-to-back points to a larger systemic issue. It is incredibly clear that management does not have a firm grasp on training, or ensuring that employees operate at an acceptable customer service level. Employees picking these orders need to be held to a standard where they aren't knowingly putting damaged goods into a customer's order. ​I expect better for the money spent on my membership. Management needs to step up, enforce basic quality standards, and ensure the staff is properly supervised. Until then, I cannot recommend using the delivery service at this location.
