Coffee bar is great, teas, hot chocolate also. Hallways and rooms need facelift. Bathroom needed to be painted, shower curtain was ripped (housekeeping should have changed it out)Beds are comfortable, rooms are good sized, microwave refrigerator coffee maker. I would Scored 4 but housekeeping is lackluster, they didn't clean our room, only left clean towels, didn't make beds , took trash out. Housekeeping needs to be supervised and trained better. Blankets are thin, bring your own if you like extra blankets. Breakfast is really good; pancake machine, good bread choices, muffins, pastries, warm cinnamon rolls , boiled eggs, Greek yogurt, variety of milk, juice machine, fresh banana, apples oranges , hot oatmeal with toppings, hot items eggs, egg white omelettes, two meat choices and home fries. Solid choice for a short stay. The nearly 6 year old renovations are managed very well…read more I am a 26 year hospitality industry veteran, so I approach each hotel stay through experience. THE GOOD: Overall, Housekeeping does an excellent job- bathroom was spotless and the public spaces are clean and well maintained. WHY DID THEY LOSE A STAR? Linens. My personal pet peeve. Even clean linens will appear "slept-in" if they are wrinkled. And they were very wrinkled. Pillowcases barely covered the pillows and the comforter was unceremoniously pushed under. From my experience, wrinkled linens m at be a reflection of laundry room staffing or equipment challenges. THE UGLY: I can dismiss an odd fit-bunny, but the utmost care and attention MUST be made to the bed. Crisp corners and pristine pillowcases make the difference between 4 stars and five. BREAKFAST: Clean space, adequate choice, but this morning my craving for bacon was dashed- TWO sausage products, Pattie's sad, gray spheres, and links swimming in their own grease, and NO bacon as advertised on the website. Lost half of a star, but quickly gained it back for cleanliness. Overall this IHG hotel is a solid choice.

Linens were clean as they come. Prices I guess were reasonable. I picked up so I can't speak to delivery or setup. Loses one star for hard to get to hours.

I recently used Clifton Park Rentals for my wedding, and while the end result was what we wanted, I…read morefelt like they were manipulative in their pricing. The online brochure states prices from 2006 (9 years ago!), and we didn't know this until after we met in person at the store and had someone survey our venue. When we pointed out that the new prices are 1.5-2x the online prices, they were not flexible or apologetic. 100% of their business is renting out the items on the brochure, so for them to "not realize this" for almost a decade is obviously a lure to get the customer's foot in the door. Finally, we had to remove about half the items on the invoice that they randomly added on for reasons unknown. When we asked to remove tent walls, their response was pretty much, "we will just keep it on the bill in case it rains. Check the weather and let us know by Monday if you don't need it." Of course this was the busiest week of our lives and we didn't let them know by Monday, since we had already in our minds let them know, but still they would not refund the items that never made it off the truck. Not exactly sure what all that money paid for... If you have an unlimited budget, you'll be happy with the quality of their items. However, if you care about bait and switch practices and company honesty, please don't use Clifton Park Rental. If we weren't planning this last minute, and literally had no other option (trust me, I called around), we would have dropped them the minute they charged us double what was quoted.

We requested a quiet room away from the highway after seeing other Yelpers complain of highway noise. The room was fairly clean. We just noticed a few stray hairs from previous guests and there was a stain on the ottoman that accompanied the in room sofa. The bed linen was clean and comfortable although I did need to use the additional blanket provided in the closet because the comforter was rather light. There was a decent fridge and microwave in the room as well as the aforementioned sofa and ottoman and a desk so this would be fine if you needed to do some work. There was a tv with the option to use your Netflix account, which was welcome. My main complaint here is that there was absolutely NO COFFEE available to us on our first night. The coffee maker in our room was broken and came with no-name coffee pods (meaning, not Green Mountain or Nespresso or another decent brand). Other hotels where we have stayed either have a free breakfast with coffee, or at least complimentary coffee in the lobby. This hotel does not offer free breakfast (which we knew and is fine) but I was appalled that there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby- just an extremely long line to pay for coffee. We got a great rate here through the Hotel Tonight app making this the most affordable spot for our brief stay in the area. However, I am not sure I would choose this hotel again if other similar options were available. It is definitely not at the level of other Courtyard Marriotts where were have stayed in the US. If you're used to typical Courtyards, lower your expectations a bit if you book here.

We placed our orders with my wife ordering the Mediterranean pasta and the chicken Marsala for myself. The Marsala was good but could have used some additional sauce. Clam Chowder and cheese cake we're excellent. We didn't say anything about the pasta to our server as she was an excellent waitress and not looking to stress her out. We will give it another try but not on a show or an event night.

The high ceilings in the lobby are missing several ceiling tiles. The elevator had filth on the button panel and up the walls. The hallways hadn't been vacuumed or swept. The room itself had the illusion of clean but when the drapes were pulled back there were cobwebs with insects caught in them. The bathroom has absolutely nothing to assist the handicapped or elderly and dangerous. The IPhone docking station didn't work on one side of the bed and only half of the charging station on the other side of the bed worked. The outlet's were overloaded and some had no outlet covers on them at all. The sink and the shower had hot water but the jet tub; which I paid a higher rate for; didn't have hot water. We arrived at the Park Manor Hotel in Clifton Park, NY, after nearly four hours of travel,…read moreexpecting a safe, clean, and functional environment. Instead, we encountered a series of unacceptable conditions and deeply troubling staff behavior that no guest should ever have to endure. Upon entering our room, we immediately discovered: No running water in the sink, shower, or toilet. No hot water available at all. A single bed, despite our reservation and written confirmation guaranteeing two beds. Two large holes in the wall behind the entrance door. At 4:30 a.m., a mouse crawled through one of the holes, forcing me to stuff the opening with our socks to prevent further intrusion. With only one bed provided, our daughter had to sleep on a chaise. These conditions alone warrant a full refund, compensation, and a formal apology. Yet the hotel's initial response was to offer only a 50% refund, which is both unreasonable and dismissive of the severity of the situation. We were unable to use the toilet, shower, or sink--necessities that any hotel must provide without exception. Unfortunately, the room's physical conditions were only part of the problem. The conduct of the General Manager, Angie Meyer, escalated this experience from disappointing to distressing. When I approached the front desk to ask necessary questions, Angie responded with hostility, raising her hand toward me and stating: "I feel uncomfortable speaking with you." "I'll put everything in writing." "Go back to your room." "I don't have to speak with you." Her demeanor was emotionally volatile, unprofessional, and discriminatory. She continued assisting other guests without issue, yet singled me out with dismissive and aggressive behavior. Her conduct became so alarming that I had no choice but to call 911 for assistance. At no point did I use vulgar language, raise my voice, or behave inappropriately. I sought answers and support during a vulnerable moment while traveling with my nine‑year‑old child. This experience reflects a profound failure in customer care, leadership accountability, and basic hospitality standards. Angie Meyer's behavior does not align with the values any reputable hotel should uphold. She demonstrated neither emotional intelligence nor the temperament required for a public‑facing role. In stark contrast, I want to acknowledge and thank Rowena from HotelTonight, whose professionalism, empathy, and commitment to the customer experience helped us navigate an otherwise horrifying situation. Her advocacy and clarity were the only sources of relief during this ordeal. She exemplifies what true customer care looks like and deserves recognition for her integrity and support. As a long‑time traveler and loyal client, I have never encountered such disregard for guest safety, dignity, and well‑being. This experience will be shared with colleagues, family, friends, and professional networks as I continue to seek a meaningful resolution. We request: A full refund Additional compensation A formal apology Immediate corrective action regarding staff conduct Provisions for basic hygiene needs An extended checkout time was given, as we were unable to bathe or use the facilities This situation is disgraceful, disappointing, and far outside the bounds of acceptable hospitality. We look forward to a prompt and appropriate resolution. Warmly, The DeLaRosa Family
