I wish we hadn't waited as long as we did to find For The Love of Clean! I met with Vanessa and Chasity and felt immediately comfortable with both of them. I took them on a tour of the home and they were not instantly scared away which was a great start. Then they mentioned that they are also certified organizers as well! We have no idea that was a thing. We had them come in and clean and organize our main living areas. We gave him full freedom to work their magic and we were SHOCKED at how amazing our home looked. They cleaned a corner of the living room that was the "corner of death" full of boxes and random junk that didn't have a home and they found a home for all of it. We had them come back 3 weeks later to help organize our upstairs guest bedrooms (junk rooms) and the level of care and love they put into their work is apparent. We cannot wait to have them help out with organizing the kitchen cabinets and pantry. Now we look forward to coming home and LOVE OUR CLEAN AND ORGANIZED HOME!! The quote explicitly stated: "The replacement water heater can be installed either in the attic space where the existing one currently is (provided it fits in the attic access), or it can be installed in the garage. Either location, pricing valid for either.", "*Installation includes all required wiring & water lines." Pictures and requested information were provided by my realtor to assist in preparing the quote. Additional detailed pictures of the house layout were available online via the property listing. I signed the quote on 7 February 2025 and paid $2,150 on 9 February 2025. Tech Visit and Refusal to Install: The technician arrived at the property and stated that the supplied water heater could not be installed in the attic due to its hybrid nature, weight concerns, and potential condensation issues. I requested that the water heater be installed in the garage, as explicitly stated in the signed quote. Climate Experts refused, claiming the situation was not as expected and that installation in the garage would cost more than the quoted and paid amount. Here's the full picture: Scheduling: Installers no-showed on the first scheduled date with no proactive communication. I had to call after they were already outside the arrival window to find out they weren't coming. Tile demo and dust: When installers discovered tile under the carpet, we were quoted a "worst case scenario" additional cost of $1,600 on top of the original $1,414.47. What they didn't mention was that the demo crew would leave every surface in our entire home -- upstairs, downstairs, soft furnishings, drapes, and our HVAC system -- coated in fine silica dust. No containment, no warning, no protection of any kind. This isn't just a mess, it's a serious health hazard. Even the lead demo worker acknowledged as he was leaving that he wouldn't be happy if it were his house. "Making it right": The company promised to make it right with a cleaning and a painter for the damaged walls and stairs. At no point during this process did anyone mention we would be charged for these remediation services. We have doorbell camera footage of the painter telling his worker that the flooring company was paying him -- not us. The cleaning was incomplete, with silica dust remaining on soft surfaces and in the HVAC. Surprise invoice: After carpet was finally installed, we received an invoice with a painter line item exceeding $1,000 -- no prior quote, no agreement, no breakdown. The work took under 2 hours and does not look good (bad sanding, one coat of paint - see through). We are going to get quotes to have it redone. The owner also revealed $200 of that line item was his personal fee for "coordinating" the painter. Threats: When my husband called to dispute the painter charge, the owner threatened small claims court if the full invoice wasn't paid within days, rather than engaging in any good-faith discussion. We are willing to pay what we actually agreed to despite the damage done to our home and belongings. Instead, we've been met with threats. Arthur failed to provide itemized cost breakdown as requested. Arthur failed to provide contractor license numbers as requested. Arthur subsequently sent a second threat for small claims court, followed by a threat to file a lien against our property. I mailed a letter and check for $2,329.14 (the total for what we had actually discussed), which was cashed. Arthur sent another letter threatening small claims again for the painter line item. On top of all of this, the carpet on the stairs looks like garbage. It is shedding all over even after vacuuming, the corners are popping out. We purchased the most expensive carpet option he showed us. I would give anything to go back in time and just leave the old carpet. This has not been an improvement to our home. This has been a nightmare.

We used Sunshine Carpet Cleaning in the past and upon moving to our new townhome in Suntree we discovered that the carpets and tile that were supposed to have been cleaned were in fact not cleaned. I called Karen and explained our situation. There is no other carpet cleaner that I trust than Sunshine. Karen told me that unfortunately, she would not have a technician available for a couple of days due to my short notice so I booked the cleaning as soon as she could fit us in. Within a few hours, Karen called me back and was able to reschedule and fit me in the next day. She knew how desperate we needed our carpets and tile cleaned in order that we could move in and unpack. We are so appreciative that Karen was able to fit us in. We have had two services from Sunshine Carpet Cleaning in the last month. The first service was carpeting cleaning and we also had our tile cleaned. They did an amazing job. They were on time exactly when promised. The carpets and tile look amazing. Out tiles are about 13 years old and during the visit they let me know about a service they offer that colors the grout back to the way it looked originally. We decided to have that done and it looks amazing and they guarantee the color for the life of the tile. I am so impressed with this company. we had a problem with a seam on our carpet. as always our first call was to Sunshine carpet cleaning Melbourne. we have used them at least four or five times for various issues. Every time we used them for a service the reaction time has been swift and the work finished quickly and professionally. This time we had a seam that needed to be sealed. Called to have three rooms carpet cleaned and the cleaning of one chair. I had not been able to get out any of the stains in the carpet ( dirt, dog urine) or on the upholstered chair. The tech came in, right on time, very professional, and 1 hour or so later all was beautiful. No evidence of any discoloration and carpet and chair look brand new. Best of all was the terrific price. Carpet cleaners in this area are a dime a dozen. Great service at an equally great price is not always so easy to find. Staff arrived only 10 mins into the 2-hour window they gave as the possible window to come!!! I have never had any home-service professional arrive at my house arrive within the window given, let alone on time, so this was a nice surprise. They finished cleaning within a little over an hour, and removed 2-year old stains from the carpet. They did not leave any shoe/foot prints, and offered to help me move the furniture/objects in my apartment out of the way prior to cleaning, which was very helpful. Based on positive reviews I have read, I hired Sunshine Carpet Cleaning. There isn't any carpet cleaning company that I have hired in the past that I would do repeat business with. He arrived on time and took such care in making sure all wall corners were protected as he cleaned the carpet and even has a cool plastic formed door shield he puts up while the door is open for, as he explained it, "to keep your critters in or keep outside critters out". They did a great job. The furniture looks great, the carpets even better. If you're a repeat customer, they'll knock 10% off the price, which, hey, I'll take what I can get. I have a large house (3340 sq. ft.), about 90% of which is carpet. They had to recompute the estimate because they didn't ask beforehand exactly how large my house was, but I understand--my house is freakin' huge--and they were totally transparent and upfront about the change. I had Sunshine come to my house to do (3) bedrooms and our sectional couch. They are also doing a custom pad under our area rug to prevent it from sliding on our hardwood floors. The technician, Cullen, was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable! Our carpets are only a year old, so there wasn't a huge difference there (warranty cleaning). This is the second review I've written about this business. Why is that??? Because I used them again. My wife and I were so happy with our first job that we asked him back to clean the deck of our patio. We expected a professional job and we got it. We've found their charges to be reasonable and they will work with you over the phone to give an estimate of their work. Not only are they professional and prompt, they are friendly too. I had Sunshine Carpet Cleaning in to clean my light colored furniture. I decided to have them try to clean some outside furniture that was left at my rental which was disgustingly dirty. I can not be happier with how it turned out! My furniture looks great, and they were even able to get the patio furniture clean, which I really did not think was possible. In addition the guys were extremely friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them! read more

the service was wonderful . the service technician ,collen, was very customer oriented in that he made sure i had no pets that could get out or plants outside or things inside that could get damaged with the hose and equipment. he then would show me the difference with a clean area of the carpet and the dirty area and how new the carpet will look. i will use sunshine again and highly recommend this company to friends and neighbors. read more

You can definitely tell they have a great working environment because each cleaner I have had shows they really care and want to help you. These days that is very rare. Cullen, at Sunshine Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job steam cleaning the carpet our office building! He was fast, effective, thorough, and friendly!! He even gave a short demonstration of how well their state of the art, commercial steam cleaning equipment works on vehicle upholstery as well!!
