We used Sunshine Carpet Cleaning in the past and upon moving to our new townhome in Suntree we discovered that the carpets and tile that were supposed to have been cleaned were in fact not cleaned. I called Karen and explained our situation. There is no other carpet cleaner that I trust than Sunshine. Karen told me that unfortunately, she would not have a technician available for a couple of days due to my short notice so I booked the cleaning as soon as she could fit us in. Within a few hours, Karen called me back and was able to reschedule and fit me in the next day. We have had two services from Sunshine Carpet Cleaning in the last month. The first service was carpeting cleaning and we also had our tile cleaned. They did an amazing job. They were on time exactly when promised. The carpets and tile look amazing. Out tiles are about 13 years old and during the visit they let me know about a service they offer that colors the grout back to the way it looked originally. We decided to have that done and it looks amazing and they guarantee the color for the life of the tile. I am so impressed with this company. we had a problem with a seam on our carpet. as always our first call was to Sunshine carpet cleaning Melbourne. we have used them at least four or five times for various issues. Every time we used them for a service the reaction time has been swift and the work finished quickly and professionally. This time we had a seam that needed to be sealed. They came out this week and problem solved. When I went to pay I was told no charge this time. What a nice surprise! Called to have three rooms carpet cleaned and the cleaning of one chair. I had not been able to get out any of the stains in the carpet ( dirt, dog urine) or on the upholstered chair. The tech came in, right on time, very professional, and 1 hour or so later all was beautiful. No evidence of any discoloration and carpet and chair look brand new. Best of all was the terrific price. Carpet cleaners in this area are a dime a dozen. Great service at an equally great price is not always so easy to find. Staff arrived only 10 mins into the 2-hour window they gave as the possible window to come!!! I have never had any home-service professional arrive at my house arrive within the window given, let alone on time, so this was a nice surprise. They finished cleaning within a little over an hour, and removed 2-year old stains from the carpet. They did not leave any shoe/foot prints, and offered to help me move the furniture/objects in my apartment out of the way prior to cleaning, which was very helpful. Sunshine Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in my office. I liked my previous cleaner, but the spots on my carpet always returned the next day after the carpet dried. Based on positive reviews I have read, I hired Sunshine Carpet Cleaning. There isn't any carpet cleaning company that I have hired in the past that I would do repeat business with. I was never that impressed with any of them. The Sunshine crew was very impressive. The 2 young men showed up on time and were very professional. We have had many carpet cleaning experiences in our lifetime and this recent experience has been by far the best one. We purchased a home that was a few years old with both carpet and tile. Jaime was the representative from Sunshine and he did a superb job. He was punctual, courteous, and very professional. Definitely the best in cleaning, care and professionalism! Jamie has the CRI SEAL of Approval training which was needed to insure our Mohawk Carpet warranty. He arrived on time and took such care in making sure all wall corners were protected as he cleaned the carpet and even has a cool plastic formed door shield he puts up while the door is open for, as he explained it, "to keep your critters in or keep outside critters out". They did a great job. The furniture looks great, the carpets even better. If you're a repeat customer, they'll knock 10% off the price, which, hey, I'll take what I can get. I have a large house (3340 sq. ft.), about 90% of which is carpet. They had to recompute the estimate because they didn't ask beforehand exactly how large my house was, but I understand--my house is freakin' huge--and they were totally transparent and upfront about the change. I had Sunshine come to my house to do (3) bedrooms and our sectional couch. They are also doing a custom pad under our area rug to prevent it from sliding on our hardwood floors. The technician, Cullen, was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable! Our carpets are only a year old, so there wasn't a huge difference there (warranty cleaning). I had Sunshine Carpet Cleaning in to clean my light colored furniture. I decided to have them try to clean some outside furniture that was left at my rental which was disgustingly dirty.
