WATCH OUT! Drain Time Plumbing inspected a slow-draining…read moretoilet and recommended more than $8,000 in repairs, claiming about three feet of pipe and a damaged cleanout needed replacement. DTP said that the line was so damaged that 3ft of exterior piping needed to be ripped out and replaced. Their reasoning was that the cast iron clean out was "cracked" and needed to be replaced. This is the first B.S as the cast iron is just a shroud that covers the cleanout and doesn't carry any waste water. The next BS was that there were no photos of the destroyed pipe that they claimed existed. The 3rd BS was that DTP claimed that the cleanout, located 2ft from the exterior wall, was damaged. Typical cleanouts ARE located here, but mine isn't! DTP didn't even try finding the cleanout as the mulch in the area was untouched. FRAUD!! FRAUD!! DTP wanted over $8,000!I got another plumber to come out, replace my toilet, and problem SOVED for $300 (ALL-IN). These guys will take you if they think you don't know or aren't present.

We had several leaky faucets in the house, and also need to have a new kitchen sink faucet put in…read more However, even more troubling, was the fact that our water bill had skyrocketed it. It sounded like water was running in the house all the time, and we couldn't figure out where. I called Steve on Friday afternoon, and he managed to get back to me that day at the very end of his day -around 7 o'clock - to set up an appointment. When his technician Aaron came in, he was able to quickly assess what we needed. What was especially impressive is Aaron also figured out exactly what was going on - we had a huge water leak in the front of our yard. After Aaron installed the kitchen sink faucet, he got to work and was able to lock down our leak install new piping to fix the problem and effectively fixed our huge water leak. This is a tremendous relief, as this will save us thousands of dollars per year. I will call Steve Garrison, plumbing and Aaron for all of our plumbing needs from now on. They do great work!
