He installed 4 structural posts, replaced ties and repaired as needed. He is an extremely hard worker and goes above and beyond to get the job done. His bid included addressing the structural issues instead of just replacing ties at a very good bid while the other 2 contractors just wanted to replace ties and never discussed the lack of dead men/supports in one area of the wall.
