    Aug 28 Saturday stop by for a oil service . Service drive empty . No customer at all . Service advisor say they are fully booked . This place is a joke !!!! Don't come here !!!!! Take your business elsewhere.

    READ THIS before you do your maintenance at Capital Honda. I had a 2004 Honda Accord, which was regularly maintained at Capital Honda. I have a whole stack of receipts from them. On April 1, 2016, I replaced right front upper control arm, including right front upper ball joint. On Saturday, 5/14, the right front wheel fell off due to the failure of right front lower ball joint. The roadside assistance said so and Capital Honda said so. I could have been dead if the wheel falls off while driving on a highway. Okay, I accept the fact that the lower ball joint is not replaced by Capital Honda, but CAPITAL HONDA DID NOT FIND OUT THE FRONT LOWER BALL JOINT IS FAILING DURING ALL THOSE REGULAR MAINTENANCES, INCLUDING THE ONE THEY REPLACE THE RIGHT FRONT UPPER BALL JOINT! Capital Honda offered me 50% off for replacing the right front lower ball joint, which is like $800 total and I saved $400. How nice! The passenger side door won't open and I have to spend another thousand (or more) to fix it. I was leaving the area on next Wednesday and I was in the middle of moving. I had only two days to deal with this car and the car is immobile. I had no choice but selling the car to Capital Honda with a ridiculous low price. I lose more than $3000 for this failure, but luckily I kept my life. The car itself is pretty awesome and Jake Russell is a very nice guy, but beware of the quality of their maintenance.

    Supposed to be open at 9 am made a trip at 10 am still closed and no one around very disappointed.

    Headline: I won't be back. (Except I probably will, because as soon as I think repairs are done...a…read morenew one pops up). We needed two new tires for a front-wheel drive car. Bought two new tires from Belle Tire and had them put on. Easy. I started driving home. Before getting halfway there, the tire pressure light came on. This car doesn't tell you which tire or how much/little pressure. So I returned to Belle Tire immediately. The tire pressure was at 42 psi! Not 36 where they told me it should have been. Which confused them as the techs who had over-inflated it, because they said it's an automated air pump, so they were confused too. They deflated it to where it should have been initially and I left. Fast forward two weeks. Tire pressure light comes back on again. I schedule another appointment. They find that the tire valve stems hadn't been replaced when they put the new tires on. They replace and I leave. Fast forward two more weeks. Tire pressure light comes back on AGAIN. Schedule another appointment because they ONLY REPLACED THE ONE VALVE STEM LAST TIME? If both tires are new, and they were replaced here, and you found a leaky valve stem on one, why on earth wouldn't you fix them both (as I foolishly assumed they had)? Also, it took well over two hours from the time they took my key to the time they had replaced the ONE valve stem they needed to repair. Beyond that here are some other issues: 1. Every time I call I'm put on hold for about 5 minutes while they deal with customers in-person. 2. But every time I come in I have to wait for about 5-10 minutes while multiple employees are on phone calls. Separate these two jobs! No one greets you when you walk in, because they're always on the phone. ALWAYS. They just look down at the desk and ignore you until they're off the phone, and even then it's barely a glance your way. Not even a silently mouthed, "Sorry, just a minute." Nothing. I'm over being here four times in two months. Judging from others in line and in the waiting room, as well as the other reviews on here, it sounds like I'm not the only one tired of it. I'll just go to Costco from now on I guess. UPDATED EDIT: Below is a kindly worded response from Belle Tire that does nothing to solve this and everything to show how thoughtful their customer service team is. Well, that's nice, but my reply to that is "thanks but no thanks." Until that kind of service trickles into your actual brick and mortar shops, it doesn't do us any good in your waiting rooms. We still have to take time off work to come in only to not have SIMPLE tire issues solved in one shot. Guess what? My tire light came on AGAIN. I'm not bringing it back to Belle Tire. Someone else is going to finally solve this for us.

This is shady and it's the first time I've seen a major chain do this. I won't be returning.

From the moment I dropped my vehicle off, I was treated with respect and kept informed throughout the entire repair process. Roy went above and beyond to make sure I understood what they were finding, what my options were, and never once made me feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything in plain language, and made sure I was comfortable with every decision before moving forward. What really stood out to me was the honesty. Instead of just throwing parts at the problem, the technicians took the time to properly diagnose the issue. They were transparent about the process, realistic about timelines, and genuinely cared about fixing my vehicle the right way the first time. It's refreshing to find a shop that's more focused on doing quality work than simply making a quick sale. Roy's customer service was exceptional.     Working with A&D automotive was the worst automotive repair experience I have encountered. I had…read moreleft a message for Eric (CEO /Owner) or Roy (COO) to call me back to discuss. No on has, so I will share my experiences here. Summary: Vehicle was running fine, but set a check engine light. Autozone indicated intermittent cylinder 6 misfire. Local mechanic indicated there could be an issue with a cylinder 6 spark plug, or some type of issue with a leak in the rear head. If so, that was a more advanced repair than they were capable of and they recommended A&D. Dropped it off at A&D on a Wednesday. Mechanic called on Thursday and said he was going to install new plugs and wires and would monitor / diagnose accordingly. I didn't hear anything Friday or Monday so I stopped by the shop on Tuesday at noon. I spoke with a Service Writer named Jackson. He did not seem at all pleased that I had stopped in to visit in person. He looked at his screen for about five minutes. He then told me they replaced the plugs but I could spend thousands trying to diagnose this and get to the bottom of the issue. I maintain my vehicles very well and was perfectly willing to spend $2-$4,000 to make repairs. The car has been maintained very well and although a 2008 model, that would be less expensive than looking for another vehicle for my son. Jackson just looked at me and said nothing else. I then asked "So my choice is to just run it until it stops running?" Jackson replied yes. I wasn't pleased, but Jackson seemed to have his mind made up and indicated he would get the car ready for me to pick up. I left for the day expected a call that the vehicle was ready to pick up. I still hadn't heard anything at noon on Wednesday (the next day) so I called over and spoke with another service writer who told me he would have someone call me back. I received a call at 2:30 that the car was ready to pick up. I Went in and spoke with Jackson. He again stared at his screen for about five minutes and told me he had an SUV like this once that had the same issue and he drove it until it died. Really? That sounded convenient. I was not at all pleased because I had been informed by anther mechanic and A&D they were capable of more detailed engine repairs. I paid my almost $600 bill for spark plugs and they drove the car to the front for me to pick up. I started the car up and was immediately greeted with flashing warning codes reading "Service Stability - Service Traction control" and the car was shuddering as if it were running on half of the cylinders. Went back in to talk to Jackson. Jackson came out with a device to reset the codes. I also asked him why the car was not running correctly as it had most certainly been running well when I dropped it off. After resetting the codes, he said he noticed it had been running rough but there was nothing he could do. He went back and consulted his screen for another five minutes while silently wishing I would leave. I asked Jackson how this was now my problem and he didn't respond. I walked back to the car and had serious doubts it would leave the parking lot on its own power. I walked back in the shop and told Jackson that was unacceptable and after paying almost $600 I at least expected it to run as smoothly as it did when I brought it in. I told him I was very disappointed that neither the mechanic or he even looked at the vehicle to address the clearly flashing codes or the poor running condition before returning the vehicle to me. Does A&D have no quality control before returning a vehicle to a customer? He took my keys and said he would have someone look at it again. I returned home and immediately called and left a message for Eric or Roy to call me back so I could express my concerns. About five minutes after leaving that message, I receive a call from Jackson that the problem had been resolved. He explained there was a sensor that had not been hooked up and the car was once again running as it should. I made a return trip to pick the vehicle up. I explained to Jackson that I wasn't trying to be difficult, but I would expect that someone on their end, either the mechanic or him as the service writer would give a vehicle a once over before returning it to a customer to make sure it is in an acceptable condition. He knew it was running horribly when he returned it to me but was unwilling to do anything until I put my foot down. Jackson apologized and agreed with me. I got home and noticed the housing on my passenger side mirror had been dislodged, as if they hit the mirror on the side of the garage wall when the pulled it out. I was able to snap that back in place. I never did receive a call from Eric or Roy. I do have video of the car running horribly before they reattached the sensor and the mirror housing. It doesn't appear I can post them here.
