First time here and it won't be my last! Came in on a rainy day and sipped my latte while reading my book. The service here is impeccable. The baristas were great and capital one helpers were so kind. I'm gluten free and they checked to make sure my drink is safe- it was. I can't wait to come by again, the capital one benefit here is awesome

Food: The chai latte was OK. There was a bit too much ice, and the chai was a little too sweet for me. Service: I think they are understaffed (at least on a Saturday morning they were), but the lines here do not get as long as Caffe Nero or Tatte. Ambiance: I love it inside. There is so much seating and areas to do work/take calls. Very cute, and not too busy. Gives off corporate/start up vibes.

A really great spot to grab a drink, sit, and work/enjoy the calm ambiance! I own a Capital One card so the drink discount was definitely a nice perk. They have a good selection of cafe foods and drinks, however I probably wouldn't get a food item again - really overpriced and small portions. Their drinks are nice though and come out pretty fast - the food takes a lot longer and just overall isn't worth. I would happily stop by to sit and work if I'm ever in the area and in need of a quiet place. Thanks, Capital One Café!

Really nice cafe. Spacious, free WiFi, and the bowl of soul tea is really vibing my hangover right now. Service was quick. Would recommend if you're a card holder.

I like the vibe and 50% off drinks for capital one cardholders at this cafe. Definitely a fair number of people here working and also people speaking to capital one staff. The cheap drinks resulted in cheap taste, cappuccino was weak, small, and lacked latte art. Would return if I need a place to work though but not for the coffee.

I'm a fan of Capital One Cafes in general, and the one in Assembly is especially good. For CapOne cardholders, all drinks are half off, which is a great deal and reason enough to come through. This location is spacious and bright, with large windows and ample seating. They also host special events on occasion with giveaways like snacks. Drinks are prepared well and ready quickly. I recently got an iced matcha with brown sugar jelly, which was amazing! They regularly add new drinks to the rotation, so it's fun to come back and try something new or seasonal. There are also ATMs and customer service employees there for your banking needs. Convenient & caffeinated. What could be better?

Capital-lism has won again! Seriously though, it's hard to beat the convenience of this cafe. It's spacious, has endless power outlets, a large private working room, a clean bathroom, and dozens of seats or standing areas for you to work. There's a Peets coffee inside where you can order food and beverages. If you have a capitol one card and you use it to purchase a hand made beverage you get 50% off. I ended getting a large tea for a dollar and some change. There is literally no expectation for you to purchase anything here, you can just come here and use the Wi-Fi and peace out. They have also have an ATM of course too. Unfortunately they closed the location in Hingham last year, hopefully they will open up one in the South Shore again!!

Stopped to use the ATM and it was an amazing ATM. I've never been offered a method to mix up the denominations of my withdrawals. It's usually $20's or nothing but not today. Woot! Nice comfortable cafe inside with wifi, power and yes, coffee.

He lived in a nursing home, had no property and just a couple bank accounts totaling less than 3K. Another bank had no problem transferring his funds to me after I showed a death certificate and documentation that I was his next of kin. He also had $200 in a Citizen's account. $200!!!! After hours on the phone getting conflicting information about how to close his account and then spending hours in person on my days off trying to find someone at a branch who would speak to me about closing it because I wasn't the account holder, I was finally told that I had to drive one hour each way to the courthouse and pay $120 to file paperwork that I'm his executor!!! For $200!!!! It's not worth it so I just decided to leave the money where it is. Fast forward several months, Citizen's keeps sending statements to his old address that someone there then must forward to me!!!! I called again today and they won't change the address because it's not my account even though his death certificate is on file with them!!! Now I will be forced on another day off to pay the $120 just to have them stop sending statements to an incorrect address!!!!

This took place a while ago and I initially didn't bother writing a review because I couldn't find…read morethe right branch on Yelp. But I'm still pretty angry it happened, so I'm starting a new page for it. My husband and I went to TD bank to open a joint checking and savings account. When we sat down with the clerk, he directed questions only at my husband and completely ignored me. As we were finalizing our information, the clerk turned to my husband and asked him if he was sure he wanted me to have full access to the account. He told my husband that if he preferred, he could set up the account so that I would have only limited access to our money. My husband was shocked and confused, and confirmed that no, we want a *joint account* with full access for both of us. I find it unbelievable that a bank clerk would go into this line of questions RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, without including me in the conversation at all or knowing where the funds were coming from. I was both annoyed and embarrassed that a banker would make sexist assumptions about the nature of our relationship and treat me in such a disrespectful manner. It was one of the most openly discriminatory acts I have experienced. More generally, it is also highly annoying that TD does not have a banking system that allows for multiple parties to gain online access to an account with their own credentials. This means I have to use my husband's login (and know the answer to all security questions) anytime I want to cash a check online, or simply look at what's going on in the account. None of these practices are conducive to a relationship built on financial equality.

The credit union was only open on weekdays during normal work hours; TD Bank is open on weekends and stays open later than 5pm. Benefits such as credit card rewards and interest rates were competitive against other options I had considered. But what won me over was their customer service. The bank manager was very courteous and assisted me over multiple visits as I transitioned over to TD Bank. He also called to check in on me a few weeks later to make sure everything was working satisfactorily. I am very happy to have switched to TD Bank :)
