Stopped in the following day w/o appt. Met John C. assigned to us as Sales Assoc. John was super helpful is facilitating the process, with the intent to purchase/pick up car by EOBD. John introduced us to Justin, who was also helpful in explaining the terms and further explaining how the process will come to fruition throughout the day. There was open communication throughout the day via email/phone - nothing was stressful and no pressure at any time; anything I asked to be in writing was granted. We started at 9am and picked up the car at 6pm. Would definitely recommend MH to anyone looking to buy a Honda or check out their plethora of used cars. John, being a newer Sales Associate was a great help; he was engaging in getting to know my husband and me while we briefly waited for the required tasks/operations of this process.

I finally get my car back and go home, then realized they charged me for installation of parts (which I was not informed of and did not authorize) which are totally unrelated to the original repair issue (parts which would have been covered by my extended warranty if they had asked). I called the service manager about this and was given the run around, and then I was ignored for a month. Requested call backs, owner's name, etc., and was ignored every time. Then another manager calls me, after a month, and asks me for in-person meet. I go in, explained everything again, he tells me he'll call me back within a day. It's been ten days, no calls, no emails, nothing. No respect for their customer. Now I'm on the hook for someone else's (very expensive) mistake. No one there will accept responsibility for this.
