There were some fixes needed during our stay. The management and maintenance team responded to our requests in a very timely manner. For example, There were two ceiling fans that makes weird squeaking noises in the house. After we reported the issue they immediately contacted the property owner and brought two brand new fans for installation. No hassle, no extra charge, no back and forth arguments. We are very glad that we chose this company instead of renting from a private landlord. I think they are very professional and have a high quality of customer service.

Maintenance requests do not get done until couple months later, and even if they come over to fix the said problem, I can't tell that it was properly fixed. I honestly can not WAIT until I can move out of this house. EDIT: Bijan (the landlord) and I had a conversation. We came to the consensus that there was quite a bit of miscommunication on both sides of the party. Bijan definitely cares about the tenants' well-being.
