On top of that, this person was furious when I told him what I was quoted. He told me they charge so much because of his car, insurance etc... He counseled me against replacing the double-cylinder deadbolts (providing for safe egress during a fire or other emergency). He provided 6 duplicate keys even without me asking. This was a good contractor experience because of the ease and speed of scheduling and the diligence with which Udi approached the job.
