Installed my new bathroom door locks butt backwards, then tried to tell me they were cheap because I told him that he installed them upside down. He then asked me to send him the photo and I did from Amazon and I was correct. He then turned the picture upside down and sent it back to me and tried to tell me it was installed correctly and tried to argue with me about it instead of just fixing the concern.
