My elderly neighbor got locked out of her house on Clearwood Rd., Bethesda, around noon on Easter Sunday & came to me for help. I would give him 6 Stars if I could. I needed to get my car key duplicated ASAP so I called the dealership I purchased my car from and they said I would need to bring the car in, leave it at the dealership and pick it up when it is ready (ie in a couple of days up to a week). Ron was wonderful! He was very courteous, professional, and efficient. The front door to our condo building was malfunctioning. Ron was able to come by just a few hours after I called to do a temporary fix (at 10pm! For no extra after hours charge!) and then returned the next day to install an entirely new door knob and lock.
