I showed him my current car (which I was selling) and explained exactly how I wanted the leather seats in my new car to look. He personally inspected my vehicle, including the backseat, so there was no confusion about what I wanted. When I got my car back, the back seats were not done the way I had clearly specified. I brought the car back and explained the issue, but instead of addressing it, he argued that the work matched what I had requested.
