We stayed at Capitol Reef Resort and had a really good experience overall, with a few surprises mixed in. We got there right at our 4 pm check in time and our Conestoga wagon was ready. I figured this was probably my one chance in life to sleep in a wagon, and it had plenty of room for the four of us. The setup is really cool. All the wagons are arranged around a huge fire pit and they look awesome in person. For pricing, our first night in the wagon came out to 319 dollars plus tax. With sales tax and lodging tax, the total for that night was 361.17. We had already paid that as a deposit, so it was covered. The bathrooms are not attached to the wagons, but you get your own private bathroom with a shower and you access it with a key card. The wagon itself has a front door that uses an actual key, which adds to the whole experience. We grabbed dinner, came back, and had a great time at the fire pit while the girls roasted s'mores. Everything felt perfect. We went to bed around ten. Then the wind showed up. At about 2 am I woke up to the sound of the wind hitting the canvas. It was loud. Way louder than I expected. The girls slept right through it, but my wife and I were basically awake for the rest of the night. The funny part is that when I walked to the bathroom at 4 am, it was not even windy outside. The canvas just catches whatever breeze there is and makes it sound like a storm. By six we gave up and got up for the day. The next morning I went to the front desk to see if we could switch rooms. The staff was super helpful and understanding. For an extra 90.58 we upgraded to a cabin and it was absolutely worth it. The cabin was awesome. It had a loft, a big main bedroom with a king bed, four bunk beds, a full size fridge, a microwave, and a two burner stove. The bathroom had a tub, shower, toilet, and sink. It was comfortable, clean, and honestly felt like a small house. After spending the day hiking around Capitol Reef, coming back to that cabin felt amazing. Our second night in the cabin was 399 dollars plus tax. With sales tax and lodging tax, that night came out to 451.74. Between the wagon night, the cabin night, and the upgrade charge, the total for the stay was 718.01 before taxes and 812.92 after taxes, which we had already paid. The front desk staff deserves credit. They were friendly, patient, and gave great tips for food and even where I could charge my car. Bottom line. The wagons are a fun and unique experience, but if you are a light sleeper, the wind might get you. The cabins are fantastic and worth the upgrade. The staff is great and the location is perfect for exploring Capitol Reef. I would stay here again, but next time I am booking the cabin from the start. read more

The close location to Capitol Reef Park and mountain views from this hotel are perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. Onsite restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a BBQ restaurant across the street. There are several hotel-like sections with either a parking lot view or the mountain view in the back. There are also small cabins, teepees and covered wagons to rent. It was chilly and windy at night in May, so I was glad we had a room with a window heater that worked well. The room's windows opened which was nice for fresh air. Some rooms have better chairs to sit to admire the mountain view; ours had a cushioned metal chair like you would see in a banquet facility, but I thought it was a thoughtful touch to be able to sit outside our room to sip a coffee and admire the view. The room had a sofa and coffee table and wet bar with a Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks coffee which was a nice touch (instead of generic or cheaper coffee) and a generous supply of creamer/sweetener packets. Mugs and paper cups were provided. Refrigerator (no freezer}, and microwave. Lots of room on the bathroom sink. Toilet and bathtub/shower in a separate room. I can't remember if it was this hotel or another one where the bathroom fan in the toilet/shower area would run for a pre-determined time even if you shut off the switch - just let it run. There was a slightly annoying curtain between the bathroom area and the bedroom which was pulled back but still hung down on the top. It was to provide privacy if you were changing in the sink area which would be nice if you had a family or friend you are traveling with. Shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, soap (rather drying to the hands), hand/body lotion, mouthwash, Q tips, a dark makeup washcloth were provided. Two luggage racks and extra blankets in the closet. The room looked a bit dated and had a Southwestern theme, but it was clean and comfortable. We had room 406 at the very end of the hotel building section next to the covered wagons. It took about 5 minutes to walk to the main building with the restaurant. Pool was 3 - 9 feet and the hot tub was deep and felt wonderfully hot. Wooden steps up to the hot tub. There was a closet filled with towels which was really nice. Fitness center. Outdoor gas firepits and chairs. To get heat, it was better to sit where the wind was blowing but it also blew the gas smell. It was a bit too windy and cold to enjoy so we didn't stay long. Breakfast (not included) was fresh and hot, scrambled eggs perfectly cooked. Small gift shop with some snacks on-site. The front desk receptionist greeted me every time I walked in and was nice in our interactions/questions. You would reserve llama and horseback trips, but it looked like the llamas will carry the gear and lunch if you choose but not you. We drove to La Cueva Mexican two nights for dinner - good prices for the amount of food, and I loved the salsa. We stayed at the resort for two nights before going to Bryce National Park for a night then to Zion. This isn't a fancy, modern resort, but it was clean, comfortable, and had some thoughtful guest touches. We would stay here again and recommend. read more

This is a mixed review. We stayed here about a week and a half ago. First of all, the place is great. I would stay here again. We stayed in one of the two bedroom cabins. Be aware however, they are small and they did not design them with any places to put a suitcase or your stuff. However, the location and views are amazing. Where this place lacked was service at the front desk. When we checked in, the girls was simply regurgitating a list of things we could barely understand since she talked so fast. Since we had the cabins, the walk to bring our stuff was quite a distance. She never offered any assistance for us. Now, we simply thought that must just be the deal, but the next day, we saw someone with a golf cart helping another family with their luggage to the cabins. Hmmmm.....we just got ignored. I do want to give a shout out to the guy at the restaurant at breakfast however. They were shorthanded and he was running around like crazy. Obviously flustered, but he handled it like a pro. He was friendly and helpful and just kept running around. I don't recall his name, but he was awesome. I would stay here again, but they just need to work on customer service at the front desk. Capitol Reef Resort offers unique lodging options! There are Tepees, Conestoga Wagons, cabins, and regular rooms! It's located about 3 miles from downtown Torrey. It is worth the short drive out. It puts you just a little closer to Capitol Reef National Park. We stayed in a regular room, but I would consider a cabin next time. I wouldn't stay in a tepee or wagon, even though they are cool, because the bathroom is in a separate building. On Sept. 22, 2025, we stayed in Room #104 ($166.40 for the night). It was nice. Yes, it is dated, but it was clean. We didn't have a room with a scenic view. It was just steps from the lobby. Parking was almost a hassle, but luckily we found a spot nearby. We had 2 Queen Beds in our room. Very comfortable & we slept well! I appreciated the curtain at the bathroom doorway for added privacy. They have the usual travel size shampoo, conditioner, makeup wipes, & soap toiletries. I was surprised to see they also included travel sized mouthwash & Q-Tips! We walked around the area at night and the next morning. This resort is so beautiful at any time! The soft light emanating from the tents and wagons and the glowing campfires create such a great ambiance! These campfires are only for people staying in these lodgings. S'mores Kits are available from the Pioneer Kitchen. In the morning as the sun rose over the area, it revealed the beauty all around! The Red Rock Cliffs made for an amazing backdrop! We walked to the stable, but the horses weren't there. Then we found the sign pointing us in the right direction. We got to see the horses & Llamas! There was a wild bunny hanging out in the bushes. There is a restaurant at the resort called The Pioneer Kitchen. It is open for Breakfast (7AM-11AM) and Dinner (5PM-9PM). The food is decent and saves you a trip into town. We ate dinner here out of convenience. They have a Pool & Jacuzzi and an Exercise Room. There are some outdoorsy activities available here, too - Llama Trekking, Horseback Riding, & Jeep Tours. You can go Mountain biking and hiking also. By the way, for the Llama Trekking, you lead the Llama which carries your supplies, you don't ride it. This was the 4th time staying here and it never seems to disappoint. I've always paid for the balcony room overlooking the mountains and the view alone makes it worth staying here. And to top it off while sitting on the balcony we say a momma mule deer right below our room along with a bunny happily munching away. It's peaceful, scenic, and the perfect home base for exploring Capitol Reef National Park. The property itself is well maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for travelers who want to relax after a day of adventuring. Everything felt easy and stress-free, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They have on site horse back riding and it was an absolute must to go through the red rock on horse back! If you're visiting Capitol Reef, this resort is 100% worth it. Capitol Reef Resort is conveniently located right outside of Capitol Reef National Park which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and the view was very nice. There was an alarm clock in the room that was set to 5:45am so we were woken up bright and early... I don't see alarm clocks in hotels very often anymore so we didn't think to check that it was set. Staff should really double check that when they get the rooms ready. Breakfast was absolutely awful and on top of that you have to pay extra for it. My omelet was way overcooked, the spinach was extremely soggy and the potatoes tasted like nothing. The grounds are well maintained and it was enjoyable taking a walk around the property. There are quite a few activities available if you are staying longer. Considering how much we paid I cannot give this more than 2 stars. read more

Hotel was dated but ok, the one star review is for the restaurant. We had the worst customer service experience ever in a restaurant and we are seniors. The bearded male server just snapped at as because we asked for a different table that was right next to the one that was suggested. My sister, from another country just winced from the tone and was in complete shock, we all were. Another server started waiting on us and when the other guy came around he acted like nothing happened. When I addressed the behavior he got angry again and stomped off. Do not rent a cabin at this resort. In cold weather you have to leave the faucet on so the water does not freeze. The wall heater does not work properly and their solution is to use portable area heaters. And you are paying more than the cost of the regular hotel rooms which do not have these issue. Also the phone does not work and they are fully aware of that in several rooms. You have to call the front desk on your cell phone. This hotel is not good. read more

My besties and I stayed at Capitol Reef Resort over the 4th of July weekend to celebrate one of our birthdays, and we could not have picked a better place! From the moment we checked in, everything was top-tier. The rooms were super comfortable, spacious, and clean perfect for a group trip. We were blown away by the breathtaking views and the sunsets here are chef's kiss, and the pool was the ideal spot to cool off, relax, and have fun. A huge shoutout to the staff, especially Conner (I believe he works in maintenance) he was so sweet and incredibly helpful! He went above and beyond by giving us a full tour of the resort and sharing all the fun local activities happening for the 4th of July. Thanks to him, we got the most out of our trip and didn't miss a thing. We had an unforgettable weekend filled with laughs, adventures, and memories. Word of the day is: definitely. It is situated in very scenic area over looking the reefs. It has on site restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch and dinner and also there is a pizzeria across the street. Few minutes drive up toward south also has several restaurants too. For this place, ended up getting a 1st floor unit in the back facing the reef and being an old motel like setting, you can park your vehicle right at the front. Pros of this is you are very close to your car just in case someone is trying to steal your catalytic converter. However, the noise of people slamming the doors or beeping noise from locking and unlocking cars were kinda annoying. If you are looking for the better view, ask for the room in the back side, preferably on the 2nd floor which are also the same level as the parking lot. There are several options to this resort but the part we stayed were definably a motel side. The furniture and such seems to be newer but definitely C rated or lower. The mattresses were probably the worst I had in last 10 years of travelling. The famous sag in the middle lumpy bad! It was nice seeing lots of pillows but they were all different colors. Some were quite yellow and you can still tell it from the darkly lit room. I bet it is the water in the area so I definitely did not drink the water from the tab. There were also signs of popped nail heads on the wall, chipped paints and exposed screw holes. Someone definitely took the drywall screws and kept it as memento. Definitely need lot more TLC. Rooms were dark with all the lights on. Lights were strategically placed to look very odd and didn't do a dang thing what lights suppose to do. Its the package of two lights for $30 at local box store special. It is situated very close to arches and hiking trails and that is a big plus. Don't be fooled by word Resort. Well, they do have hot tub, pool and exercise room. Is that considered as resort? At least they did not charge resort fees like Vegas hotels do. Do not let my super nice photo of the room fool you. A lot of choices for you to sleep here including a variety of Hotel rooms, teepees, wagons and cabins. We are staying in a hotel room which is the least interesting of the group but with a bathroom within the room- it's fine for us. People in the Teepees and wagons all have assigned private bathrooms at a short walk from their living quarters that they say are the nicest and cleanest bathrooms they've ever seen. Meeting people and chatting around the fire pits has been very fun as well. We have not tried the restaurant on premises but the Rim Restaurant across the street has been top notch for dinner. My boyfriend and I stayed at Capitol Reef Resort on a recent road trip over Easter weekend. We wanted to be as close to Capitol Reef National Park as possible and this fit the bill. While the outside of the resort was not as "fancy" as the website makes it out to be, our room was spotless. The toiletries were heavenly. I loved the goat milk soap so much that I requested another one at the front desk. We were thankful that the restaurant was open on Easter. We got take out and brought it to our room. They even threw in a free serving of ice cream, since it was my birthday. There are a few restaurants in the town of Torrey, but we were too tired to explore the town. The front desk staff was very helpful. I had a lot of questions about which route to take back to Arizona and they provided a lot of great information. This resort offers cool activities such as horseback riding and llama walks. We didn't have time on our short trip to try those activities. Next time! read more

This place is the ultimate bait & switch! I dont usually get that with hotels, what you see online is usually what you get and you usually can tell between motel/inns vs mid price vs luxury resorts. Capital Reef "Resort" fooled me. It's more like Capital Reef "Motel". It's too good to be true! The photos online make it look so luxurious in the middle of the desert?!?! The moment I walked in it smelled stuffy and moldy. The carpet was dirty. You can feel how old and used everything was. Peeling tables and cabinets. The ceiling of the bathroom is yucky. The bed sunk in and the pillows and so soft and mush! I could NOT wait to get outta here. It made me feel so dirty staying here overnight and I did not sleep well at all. The attached photo from their website made it look so luxurious like you will get high quality sheeting and bedding. Could not be more fake! We stayed on the ground level in the main building and the people upstairs were stomping around. You can hear it when they turned on their shower. Paper thin walls. Oh yeah, I would be careful using their hair dryer. The one I had was zapping blue electricity out..scary! Very old and used amenities. The on site restaurant however had good food. This place also offers Llama hike and Jeep tours which my husband and I did. There are other hotels around town. It's a small little town and not as deserted as I thought it would be with several restaurants nearby. I would recommend staying elsewhere. read more

This was a complete disappointment. The website is misleading. The photos make it look absolutely gorgeous and set the wrong expectations. The grounds are like one big parking lot with random buildings, a pool, some teepees, etc. The standard rooms are like rundown motel rooms, though the view is great. The room is clean but needs a major renovation. The bathroom faucet is barely attached to the sink. The beds are hard. The kitchenette has seen many better days. One of the cabinets is even missing a handle. I do appreciate the laundry room, where we were able to catch up on laundry from our extended roadtrip. Thankfully we're only staying one night. It definitely feels like a sad stopover rather than a destination. read more

I hate saying anything bad about places but the restaurant onsite was terrible! I ordered nachos and it looked like someone threw some chips and shredded cheese and popped it in the microwave. We went during the off season so I can't tell u anything about the teepees or fire pits. But this is a nice, clean well run hotel. The views from the balcony r fantastic and u r just minutes away from the park. They charge u the $50 additional fee, which I don't like but u can use it in the restaurant, which was 1 of the few opened. Dinner was good the nite we stayed there. I had some delicious baked trout and my husband had a chicken dish that was also good. The peach cobbler was fantastic. Breakfast was also very good. read more

On an impromptu trip to Goblin Valley and Capitol Reef, the original plan was to camp. After hiking fifteen miles and realizing we were looking at below freezing temperatures, we decided a hotel sounded like a much better idea. We reconciled ourselves to staying in straight-out-of-Trailer-Park-Boys Hotel Hanksville, but when we pulled in, found they had no vacancy. A frantic online search found Capitol Reef Resort was about an hour away in Torrey, Utah, and we quickly called to reserve. They had one room left (and it was cheaper than reserving through a third party site). Hurray! We arrived tired, cold, and perhaps a tad grouchy, but the young man at the front desk was friendly and sweet as could be. He gave us a packet of papers showing the upcoming weather, activities (fire pit with s'mores!), map, hours for the hot tub (pool is closed in the off season), a menu for the attached restaurant, Pioneer Kitchen, and more! A small convenience store with souveniers, books, snacks, medication, and other sundries resides in the lobby. We opened the door to our room, and were hit with the most delightful warm air! I do not know if this was intentional, but they had turned up the heat full blast, and it felt so cozy and comforting after a chilly evening. The space was clean, with plentiful storage, and a nice restroom. A Keurig and microwave are included. We had dinner and breakfast (a buffet for $10) at Pioneer Kitchen, and while not amazing, it was certainly convenient and satisfying enough. The comforter on the bed was too thin for me, and I ended up sleeping in my jacket, but am sure in the normal season it is fine. In the morning, we enjoyed the beautiful flame rock formations via our balcony, and while not required, I'd encourage you to pay a bit more for a room with access to one (or better yet: a yurt or conestoga wagon!). Check out was easy peasy, and again, the employee at the front desk was cheerful. I felt the price for our stay was very reasonable, but might be less inclined to think that way when they rise during popular times. read more

This is our third visit to the resort. Our room wasn't ready at 3pm so we were told to come back at 4pm the guaranteed time. We came back at 4:30pm and stood in line for another 20 minutes as there were 7 other guests waiting to check in. Our room was OK. except for hearing the guests upstairs above us walking back and forth until late. We thought we would eat in the dining room. but there was a huge waiting time. So, we went across the street and glad we did. When we got up in the morning the Kuerig coffee maker was out in our room. We went to the front desk and were told to go in the restaurant for a cup of coffee, and of course we would have to pay for it. I am thinking of a better experience elsewhere in the future. read more

We stayed at the Capitol Reef Resort while visiting Capitol Reef National Park. When we first drove up we thought that it looked like a motel from the outside. We then noticed the TeePees and Chuck Wagons contained on the hotel property and learned that they were used as accomodations. When we checked in, we went to our room and were very pleased with the modern, updated room we had. We had a bedroom and a living room with TVs in each. There was a rear door in the room that opened up to the property with endless views of the red roocks. There was alsoa fire pit lit each night between 6 PM and 10 PM where guets could mingle and make smores. I have to say that I can highly recommend Capitol Reef resort as the place to stay when you are in the area of Torrey Utah read more

The most basic requirement we have when staying away from home is cleanliness. At first glance, the room (second story balcony, 2 queen-size beds) looked fine the floor was clean, the beds were clean and made, but the surfaces were not clean. The table had some type of red sauce o it. The bathroom counter had either lotion or toothpaste on it. The bedside table was dusty. We were able to clean it all with a wipe. The bathroom wallpaper was separating from the wall above the shower head. I also found a long brown hair in the shower. I'm bald, and my wife is short gray. Not one of ours.... I could hear the people in the next room more clearly than I can in most contemporary motels. The room was cozy and comfortable. I was reluctant to stay here because of previous reviews, but we took a chance. The staff at the desk were kind and friendly and helpful. The room was easy to access, close to where we parked. The views from the room were beautiful. We watched the sun set on the red rocks, immediately followed by the moon rise. Nice, but rough around the edges. We stayed in one of the wagons which was a cute experience and came with its own separate (maybe 30 feet away) bathroom and shower. Bathrooms are very very nice. Amazing views. The problem is the noise. You are close to your neighbors with just the canvas between you and most of the guests here had no respect, drunkenly talking outside the fire pit until 11pm (posted quiet hours start at 10) and then waking up at 6am screaming at each other across wagons (hey honey where are my shoes?!? They're in the bag!!!! Ok thanks!!!!!). You can hear everything be warned because most guests are oddly rude. Maybe the staff can remind people how to act ;) The wagons move a lot in the wind which is to be expected but we didn't think of that ahead of time. Beds are comfy. I would rate this place higher except for the noise. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Not enough plugs for a digital family of four but not a big deal. Good restaurants across the street and super close to a truly beautiful park. read more

Disappointed in this place for several reasons. The room was old and smelled musty, with stained chairs in the room and old, gross worn down arms on the armchair making you not want to sit there. The lamp by the bed kept shorting out too, so you had to shake it every few minutes for it to work properly. Nice views of the red rocks out back and the size of the room was good, but it really needed a thorough cleaning, update and TLC. The pool was disappointedly small and old, and full of kids. The website makes this place look a lot nicer than it is. We were also disappointed that we couldn't get our money back for our last night there because we requested it one hour too late apparently, a few days prior. When asked if we could appeal to a manager, the young girl at the counter couldn't provide us with a name and just kept saying "unfortunately not". The next day another desk clerk gave us 2 cards for the front desk managers but the emails didn't work and weren't accurate, then we got the correct emails the day after and as of 2 days later still had no answer from either of the managers. This is extremely poor customer service and frankly unacceptable for a business, no matter where or in how small of a town you're located. Bottom line, I wouldn't stay here again and there are better places in town, esp. for the relatively high price of this place. read more

The resort was nice and clean with the uniqueness of the tee pees and covered wagons to really create a nice experience with the beautiful backdrop. We went horseback riding and it was fantastic. Mike was a great guide and teacher and the horses were great. read more

The view is 5 stars, the room is 3 stars, and the restaurant is a 2 stars. We stayed in a deluxe king room on the 2nd floor with a balcony that faced the national park. It was just breathtaking. The room was fine and the recliner suited us well. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and the food was so-so (Philadelphia steak sandwhich was dry, but eggs and bacon were good) and the service was not good. For breakfast, they completely forgot about us after they sat us in the corner. They did give us 50% off after I complained about the disgraceful service. Would definitely stay here again, but would be inclined to try the restaurant across the street. read more

We really enjoyed our stay here and it's at a close proximity to the National Park too!!! We were very comfortable during our stay and the staff was very accommodating to your needs, as required. We had dinner at their onsite restaurant, which was very good. We both had the "Short Ribs with bake potatoes". Your dinner bill gets charged to your room and paid at time of check out. My only complaint is, we used their hot tub as others did, BUT it was EXCESSIVELY OVER CHLORINATED to the point that my wife and I skin had signs of rashes and itched into the next day. Even after showering, after using their hot tub. Also, there are VERY LIMITED places available for meals (I.e. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner), so plan accordingly... read more

I've been to Capital Reef NP several times since 2015, this time we stayed at this Resort. Very nice place, the cabin we rented was a little pricey, but not bad. Very posh with nice beds and amenities, the restaurant was pretty good. Not alot of variety for dinner, but nice that you don't have to drive anywhere. Clean and comfortable, definitely would go back. The teepees looked cool along with the Conestoga wagons. The staff is pleasant and conscientious. read more

So why only 3 stars? The room was showing its age and your desk clerks need additional training. Let me explain. I am a travel agent and I booked the room online through our portal. After booking, I realized I should have added an extra day but I figured I would just add it on during check-in. I was scheduled to check out on Sunday but we were staying until Monday so I did not think an extra day would be a big deal. Apparently, it was. I was told by the clerk that not only was the room I originally reserved booked for that extra day but the ENTIRE hotel was booked. I would have been happy to move to another room for one night, not a big deal, but I was told nothing was available. Yet, when I went online I found several rooms available both on my portal and booking.com (which charges more than my TA site). We changed hotels for our final night, they did not deserve anymore of my money. The view from the balcony rooms is great. No issue there. Their restaurant served a nice breakfast at a reasonable cost and the grounds seemed well maintained. If their front desk had not made it so difficult to extend my stay they would have gotten the 4th star and if their rooms were brought out of the 1980's they might manage the 5th. Overall, okay but pricy. You can save a few dollars by staying in other hotels in town. Look for my review of the Broken Spur. read more

I kind'of struggled with the rating for this place.... it's tough. I was between a 3 and a 4 but decided to go with a 3.5 on here. This spot is very close to Capital Reef National Park - which is why I booked it - with it being only a 15 or so minute drive to the entrance of the park so that was nice after a long drive from Bryce Canyon and Zion the day before. When we pulled in I was a bit worried because it looks like a shady motel from the outside but it isn't at all. Our room was charming, quiet, and well-kept. The beds were comfy and the views from out back were beautiful of the red sandstone. There are about four fire-pits in different sections and there are rooms that are super cute and kitschy like tents that look like teepees and some that are old pioneer wagons that look like they're from Oregon Trail. It's really neat. BUT - the photos on the website make this place look much, much nicer than it actually is. It's no bad. As I said, the rooms are well maintained and were nicer than they look from outside, it's clear it has been recently updated and renovated in the main room buildings. Still, this resort is fairly basic, the lobby and on-site dining options (breakfast buffet was dismal and we did not partake) are not that great, but it is unique and it is in a good location with gorgeous views close to the nearest town where you can get gas and food easily. This place has nothing to do with a resort, it's just a simple hotel, with moody and uneducated staff. The rooms are ok, (motel 6 quality) not resort quality. Their restaurant is a rip off. They do not know how to present a dish and they are unfamiliar with spices to flavor a dish. When asked for a side of yogurt and or an additional pancake they refuse to sell it, you must buy the entire plate, when I asked to not include certain items on the plate, they still do it because it's part of that plate. Highly uneducated staff in the kitchen The restaurant staff looks grumpy and act grumpy. To buss a table they dropped off food debris's to the floor and swept it up. They add gratuity to the check without informing the consumers. They get they own rate. This should be illegal. read more
