Thursday the 20th I called again. No response. I am so baffled by these companies that do not communicate with customers that want to hire them. UPDATE: He did not call me back after "checking his schedule." And why no response to my first phone call the previous day? He also seems to indicate that he received my first email, but not my second. I can post a screen shot of it, Jason, so frankly, I don't believe you. The fact is, you decided my job was too small to bother with, so you thought you would just ghost me. But then posted a response to my first review here within two hours of its appearance! I was beyond disappointed when I saw this mess, especially the very old, dead rat that was at the corner of the roof line. I immediately called their office around 3:30 the same day and they assured me the same crew would return by the end of the day to clean up. He informed me there was extensive damage from a hail storm and suggested I think about making a claim. I did and insurance adjuster came and verified that roof and gutters were damaged and claim would be approved on stop. Tony took it from there and coordinated all the logistics with roofer and gutter personnel. Tony was flexible with dates on when all work could be accomplished with my work schedule. I upgraded my roof to class 4 and researched the proper paperwork needed by my insurance to be completed so I could receive additional discount to my homeowners insurance. He completed it and went above and beyond to hand carry the paperwork to my insurance agent Usually once the work is completed you don't see the roofer again. That's not the case with Tony and Riddle Roofing and Construction. I've recommended them to several neighbors in my area and they experienced the same.
