The fact is, you decided my job was too small to bother with, so you thought you would just ghost me. But then posted a response to my first review here within two hours of its appearance! I was beyond disappointed when I saw this mess, especially the very old, dead rat that was at the corner of the roof line. I immediately called their office around 3:30 the same day and they assured me the same crew would return by the end of the day to clean up.
