On Christmas Eve day 2024, my wife and I discovered that there was a leak in our kitchen ceiling. This happened after a period of heavy rains. We were a little concerned about the leak so we reached out to our home insurance provider for help. After making a request for service we were paired with Paradigm Roofing. Ryan Bridges our point of contact reached out to us and was very prompt about setting a schedule to come out to see the leak. Ryan came out to our home on Christmas morning to do his assessment. He was quite friendly and explicitly clear about what he intended to do. I also particularly liked that he was genuinely conversational. During his visit Ryan did a thorough assessment of the damage both internally and externally. Earlier in 2024 we had experienced very heavy hail and we had damages that we were unaware of. Ryan's assessment provided details of all these damages including the primary reason we had requested service. At the end of his visit Ryan took the time to explain to us exactly what he had observed. He talked us through the next steps in the process and talked about what he intended to put in his report to our insurance provider. In the days that followed Ryan was very diligent about keeping us informed about his report and his communication with the insurance company. We really appreciated his soft touch since we were both very concerned about the cost of the repairs. After Ryan got word from the insurance pending their review of his report, he set up an in person meeting so he could walk us through everything. Ryan's preferred approach is to speak in person and he would drive almost 40 miles from his office to our home to come speak with us. This happened on several occasions. Ryan always provided detailed documentation and walked us through the figures for the scope of work, the different approaches and expected results. This level of detail made my wife and I feel very secure and sure about the decisions we were about to make. Before starting work on the roof we needed approvals from our HOA and needed to submit several documents specific to the scope of work. Ryan as always was keen and prompt in preparing those documents and getting them to us in a timely manner to file our application. Like the insurance report, we were approved immediately without any issues questions or concerns by our HOA. Ryan and his team were true to their word and schedule every step of the way. On the day of the repairs they promised to be at the house at the break of dawn and true to word they were. The team explained everything that was going to happen. They discussed safety and how they planned to approach everything and kept us informed every step of the way. They were also always available if we had questions. As promised the completed the full replacement of our roof along with all clean up on the same day. The entire service provided by Paradigm Roofing was truly exemplary! This was the best service I'd experience of this nature as a home owner ever! Since the day we moved into our new build almost 7 years ago, our master bedroom was 10 degrees higher than the rest of the house which was at the set 75 degree temperature. If I could give this company a zero, I would. In a heartbeat. They have promised multiple times that they would arrive on a Sunday to put the tile in my half bath downstairs. We wait & wait. No one arrives. AND - we never even get the courtesy of a text back. Awesome. They botched the metal roof over our porch. When we reached out, they finally showed up and claimed that 'their person already came out to fix it'. Well, my husband works from home & NO ONE arrived to fix anything. The owner showed up on our porch unannounced on a Friday to say that he personally looked at the metal roof & it was fixed. Nope. From the beginning, these guys over promised and WAY underdelivered. Speaking of Friday's... Interestingly enough, both times we were told things were good to go and got any level of personal service was when they needed to make payroll on a Friday. The roofing gigs were HUGE last year & these guys are building a new, huge office facility. My theory is that they are WAY overextended & can't afford to fix their mistakes. Not to mention, their overhead percentage margins are also inflated to pay for their new empire they are building. Yes. That is pure sarcasm. What ISN'T a joke is how strongly I recommend any customer to steer clear of this company! I won't even go there on the sales guy that promised us the moon & stars. Kyle the salesman was very professional and communicated well before, during, and after completion of the project to be sure we had no issues. They were able to provide the unique style roofing we wanted on out Victorian home and the installation went very well.
