It is now 5/23, and after multiple attempts to contact accounting and repeated requests for a callback, I have never once received a return call. My first follow-up call was on 4/8. I was told refunds take around a month to process, and I specifically asked for confirmation on whether the check had been sent, as I was unaware it would be mailed. No one ever called me back. I called several more times afterward and was repeatedly told that messages were being placed on accounting's desk, yet I still never received any communication. I also submitted an online request, which went unanswered as well. This is my first negative review. I'm relatively patient and understanding, but the complete lack of communication and urgency regarding returning a customer's money is unacceptable. Holding onto $450 for nearly two months with no follow-up or transparency shows a serious lack of care and professionalism. I do want to add that the hygienist and dentist we worked with were amazing. Unfortunately, the establishment itself lacks communication and compassion when it comes to handling refunds and customer concerns.

I got veneers years ago because of an enamel issue caused by Invisalign and a previous dental tooth whitening combined. Unusual yes. But not a vanity issue. This office's use of a frozen wand to identify teeth sensitivity should be qualified as a torture device. No pain medicine given. No warning about pain. Then the actual root canal. I was told to take two pain/anxiety relief medications and bring one for the procedure. I asked for the extra medication during the procedure and was told, "I don't think you need it." My referring dentist will be told in full about this office. Horrible experience overall.

This was one of the worst days of my life. My tooth is still broken, and my root is still infected. But I am so traumatized that I would rather deal with the pain than try to fix my tooth. Dr. Carman and the rest of that office set me back years. They belittled me. I can't begin to describe how awful they made me feel. Dr. Carman is an awful, awful human being. I'm forever affected, for the worse, by what he did and said to me.

It can be seen on US 60 to your right or left depending on your travelling direction. I was bit hesitant to give them a try as there are a lot of fly by night offices popping up all over Ky. After reading some reviews I decided to give them a try. Pulling up you have plenty of spaces to park which is a plus. Going in you will have a seat and meet the receptionist, btw, don't forget your mask. Paperwork will have to be filled out and they have plenty of pens. This office lets you fill out your paperwork ahead of time by allowing you to download the form, fill it out and then email it back. This is awesome! The receptionist was very polite and answered every question that I threw at her. It was only 4-5 but I got the responses that I needed. The office area is very clean and smells good, you will notice this when you walk in. Depending on how busy they are, you will be taken around the corner by another person who I believe is Radiology Tech. You will have to take some x-rays of your teeth. This is accomplished in a few ways. The first is by scanning your whole head by putting your head in a machine while standing up. Don't worry if you are claustrophobic, it's all open and takes about a minter or two. Next you will be taken to a cubicle area with the main chair to sit in. I had to take a few more x-rays with a handheld machine that took another few minutes. The lady that was taking the pictures was also very nice and polite. She created small talk which helps ease certain people when visiting a Dentist. Around 5 minutes Dr. Eschenbach (DMD) entered and introduced himself. He asked a few questions as well as I. I got good vibes from speaking with Dr. Eschenbach and after a few more questions, I knew it was going to go well. The chair was tilted back and I was given some shades to put over my eyes. This IMO helps with the bright light and having anything to splash in your eyes while they are using flush and suction. Again, everything was clean. Instruments were in sterile packages as I know this from experience. Dr. Eschenbach was very gentle as well as the Radiology Tech that was helping. Never had this before as some will be kind of rough with your lips and having you to hold you mouth wider than needed for extended times. After sometime I was done and proceeded to pay my bill. Just a note, after initial inspection I was presented with the cost of what something extra would cost before it was done. This was pretty cool as you don't want any unexpected costs on your final bill. You also get a mirror when you are done so you can see the job that was done. Before I left, I scheduled a cleaning and said goodbye to the crew. This was a pleasant, painless experience and will continue to return going forward. Positives Clean Area Polite Gentle Up-to-date Equipment Negatives None as of yet.
