It seems they might have at one point been located in the plaza by Cost Cutters Hair Salon. Anyway, the place is spotlessly clean. The turnaround time on my clothing has been very fast! This last time, they told me I could pick up my pants a couple days later on Saturday. I got a call later that day from the clerk that accepted my pants, explaining that he had forgotten that they are closed Saturday for the holiday. He offered to rush my order and have it ready on Friday. I was in no hurry so I told him to just wait--I didn't need the pants that soon. I thought the call was very thoughtful. Without seeing clearly posted charges for the various items to be washed or dry cleaned, the upfront cost can be a surprise -especially if something occurs during the cleaning process. Another concern: having to be told "this is going to be expensive" before any payment was made. When you tell a customer about a cost that you think they can't afford, you are telling the customer to go elsewhere. I didn't drive up and walk through your door to hear not so subtle hints to take my business elsewhere. Post all charges -large print, clearly. Post what will be considered "extra charges" including any alterations that are available.
