She was kind and understanding on the phone and even squeezed me in for a same day appointment. When I arrived, I was almost immediately brought back for my appointment. No wait time! Dr Anderson was able to evaluate and treat my eye problem on the same day. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that I could fully understand. The clinic is busy, but the system and secretaries make things run quite smooth. I'm a rather difficult case, presenting with angle recession glaucoma following an injury I had over 15 years ago. After a botched attempt in changing my eyedrop regiment at another clinic, Dr. Coburn's team accepted me as a patient and asked me to come by ASAP. As bad as the situation was, Dr. Coburn set me back on the right path. When I'm in a critical point in my care, the doctors here are willing to make exceptions. Dr. Queen has placed a beautiful shunt in my eye. I can't see it. Post-op check ups are frequent and I feel comfortable as a patient. Compared to other clinics, communication is quick and much needed emergency visits are taken seriously. Hard to get care this good anywhere.

Everything went well, and they even got me signed up to participate in a contrast sensitivity study to help offset some of the cost of the surgery. The front desk staff are pretty good but can be frustrating at times. I frequently get appointments that get canceled and rescheduled after they were booked, or they'll occasionally reassign you to a different doctor rather than your regular one without even telling you.

Dr. Scott Segal is a professional at what he does and he was very kind, informative, and caring. I did thorough research into who I should pick to go with for my lasik surgery and I'm glad to have picked him. I'm currently recovering from the procedure and it seems to be going great. Dr. Scott also gave me his personal number in case I have any questions or concerns. All information regarding financing, prescriptions, and scheduling were easy to follow.
