I've been going here for a few years and the service has always been ok. Not spectacular but not terrible. The closeness to my house is what kept me returning. I went last week and had the worst experience. The man that did my pedicure acted like I was such a bother and inconvenience to him. The pedicure itself was very quick and extremely basic. I felt like I was being rushed out. The customer he helped after me asked him something (I didn't hear) and he audibly signed and rolled his eyes. The pedicure was listed at $29 however I was charged $30. Not too much of a big deal but either change the menu, provide an itemized receipt showing the extra $1 is taxes or somehow inform the customer of the price change. After I paid with a debit card I asked for a stamp on the loyalty card that I had picked up from the stack on the counter. I was told that you only get a loyalty stamp if you pay in cash. Nowhere on the card, desk, menu, etc does it say that. I honestly felt like my business was not needed at Capri so after 4 years I will surely be finding a salon that appreciates all of their customers. read more

Unfortunately the nail person who did my pedicure did not do a good job. She didn't clean up the nails so there was residual nail polish that I had to ask to be cleaned later by a different tech bc she went in the back right away. They also don't have uv lights for feet so my nails didn't dry and are now ruined by accidentally hitting something with my foot. Wouldn't recommend. read more

i came here because of the pictures and reviews. let's start with the cleanliness of the salon 2/5. not clean at all! the designs i asked for were very amateur and i could not be accommodated. my nails were rushed and played on, so much so, i left because i was over her painting my nails, removing it, just to "try" again. did not have time to sit while she experimented. went back the next day because i was not satisfied with my nails at all, this time asked for cat eye something even simpler only to find that NONE of the cat eye activators in the salon worked & she once again was experimenting on my nails. just for them to begin to chip the very next day due to old thick polish and bulky application. will never return. read more

Love this salon, they are always friendly and quick to assist me. The quality of service has been consistent among the handful of times I have gone! The place is clean and decorated cute, the vibe is relaxing and even the other customers here have been friendly. They have a lot of color options which is a bonus. I don't really get my nails done but i decided i wanted to get them done for my 21st birthday. I don't really like celebrating my birthday but the nail ladies here actually listened to my requests and gave me what I wanted. They were extremely helpful and gave good suggestions and still let me have options to choose. They didn't force their own opinion onto me like other nail ladies from different locations have done to me in the past. My nails turned out beautiful and the lady who did my nails made me feel comfortable because she never got frustrated with me or anything and she was also funny. i know some nail ladies yank your hands or tug and twist your fingers but i actually had the best experience here. I got the nails i always wanted to try out! cat eyes ! She used my natural nails for this because acrylics make me uncomfortable and she just added gel polish and then the cat eyes. read more

Was my first time at this salon and will be my last. Please don't waste your money here, they charged me $65 for the acrylic gel manicure and it ended up like this... I was originally scheduled with the owners wife, but she left mid manicure due to having an appointment. She just passed me onto the next person and this tech messed up my nails so bad. I told the tech she messed up and I wanted it fixed, she then said the reason they looked so bad was because the size of my fingers... how does that have anything to do with your technique? Please avoid the tech who has short hair and purple glasses, she was very offensive I will never recommend going here. I hope they go out of business with the way they rip people off like that. read more

To be completely honest the only reason I come here is because it's only $20 for a gel/shellac manicure where other places are $35-40. They do a good job on waxing, not the best ever however better than most places in this part of town that I've tried. Prices are the best, service isn't bad, and that's basically it! read more

They were very busy when I went. I came with a party of four but they only had two chairs open. The since two in my part were male and not sure about getting a pedicure in the first place, they had no problem leaving to look at other stuff while waiting for us. The staff was very nice and told us just to call about twenty minute in advance for a larger party. They also said mornings were slower on Sunday's since we went Sunday evening. The pedicure was nice. I got a callous removal which they told me was five dollars more. No biggy. The guy made it so it is smooth all around. No cuts or anything like that. The staff was very pleasant. My sister loved the massage that included the full calf. I would go back there again. read more

Now let me preface that I am Asian, Vietnamese to be exact. So I can understand everything that she was saying. I don't know why she didn't think that I could possibly understand what they were saying, but whatever reason she clearly did not think that I was Vietnamese. Was I super happy with my nails at the end of the day? It was just all right. I feel like the powder she put on made my nails look super thick and very fat and wide at the ends. Aside from not being too excited about my nails, the one star was because of the fact that her and her husband talked crap about every person in that salon and the people who were calling in to make appointments. I hate when they do this. They even complained about me, when they did my pedicure. They complained about the two ladies who left while I was there and how they were cheap and did not tip very well and scoffed at them about it. They complained about the older lady who finished her manicure and pedicure, and asked if she could get her eyebrows done saying that lady was needy and they will just get it done real fast just to get more money. And Nicole? If you are the Nicole that called in asking if you could come in on that Saturday for a manicure anytime after 10 AM and after putting you on hold for about five minutes and coming back and letting you know that they could do 11 AM or 2 PM and you chose the 2 PM. They proceeded to complain about you too about why you didn't choose the 11 AM if that option was there considering you said it needed to be after 10 AM. They said you could've saved them a lot of time if you just said you could come in at 2 PM instead of saying anytime after 10 AM because then they wouldn't have to figure out their schedule and figure a proper time that they could fit you in. Also, while she was doing my nails, it was very clear that her and her husband were playing some kind of video game on their cell phones, which involved farming or something because you gather stuff to get coins. She would literally do my nails with one hand and go feed her cows or whatever before the time ran out and she wouldn't get her coins. It got to the point where she would tell her husband to get on her phone and farm for her. He also was on his phone doing his own farming so they would argue about not helping each other out. Anyhow, any salon can do the most beautiful nails, but I would never come back knowing that all they do is talk crap about their customers in Vietnamese. If you frequent this place and think you're a favorite customer, I would think again. There were ladies walking out that they knew them by name. and would say see you next time and the minute they walked out would say something negative.

My nail tech Anny did such a wonderful job, I will be requesting her next time too. She was very gentle in the removal of my past gel -- I feel like I've had nail techs who kind of just chip away at the gel and my natural nail. But Anny was super gentle and was very detail-oriented with the clean-up and shaping. My nails looked so fresh and clean before she even painted it. The final results of her work are in the pictures I attached! One thing to note is that they do not accept Apple Pay, and I ended up tipping my nail tech through Venmo since I believe they only take cash. Total I probably spent $65ish with tip. It's been a week since going and my nails haven't chipped or anything, and the paint's still in tact. Love this place!

Which the cost for short nails no color which they end up putting color is $48. I don't have money to waste for mistakes. My recommendation is to be as clear as possible even with the easiest task and show a picture. I walk in requesting for my nails to look the same which had no colored and come out with a hint of color.
