This salon is my new go to, Kim is freaking amazing. If you want a beautiful French tip ASK FOR HER! I gave her a photo and I'm a little picky when it comes to shape but she managed to get exactly what I want. She is the sweetest lady ever. The front desk guy is super sweet as well and so welcoming. Definitely go here girls!
First time visiting this salon. Very clean staff are very friendly. Came in for an acrylic fill with gel polish. Love my nails, this will be my go to when I am in town!
WARNING INCREASE IN PRICES FOR STANDARD NAIL SERVICE ‼ everything was going well until i saw the extra charges for my gel x full set. the only add-on that made sense for me to be charged for was the ombre which was 15 extra. fair enough. however, i was also charged 5 dollars for a "full set charge" and 7 dollars for a "shape" charge... i cannot make this up. i have never gone to a nail salon that charges these "luxury" add ons. 5 dollars for a full set, when that is already included in the base charge for a full set is crazy. they explained that they were raising their prices so that is 'probably' what that charge was for. i said well that isn't reflected in y'alls website. they then took it off from my bill since it was false advertising. the nail salon 10 minutes down the road charges 60 for the same service with no hidden or "luxury" fees. i shouldn't have tried something different. i couldn't justify leaving a bigger tip after being ripped off for standard nail service. these are scottsdale prices and we are in the suburbs. every-time i have gotten a set in this area it is 60-70 without tip.... my final full set price without tip was 92 dollars. i had to ask for the 10% discount for a party of 2 which is the promotion they have online because of course they will charge you regular price if you don't ask even though it was clear we were together and we had booked the appointment under a group for the promotion. i will not be coming back. i will be telling my family/friends not to come here, and i will be going back to the nail salon down the street since they provide great quality and actually have integrity when it comes to their prices and no shady mark ups.
I'm very disappointed with my experience at this nail salon and honestly want a refund for the service I received. Before starting, I showed the nail tech a reference photo of the exact design I wanted, just in a natural nail length. She confidently told me she could do it and immediately grabbed her materials. However, the final result looked nothing like the photo. Halfway through the appointment, I noticed the polish was not applied all the way back to the nail bed. When I brought it up, she told me it was because my cuticles were not done and that polish would get on them otherwise. The issue is that she never once recommended a manicure or cuticle prep beforehand, even after seeing the design I wanted. The color was completely off, the ombré effect was poorly blended, and several nails were not aligned properly with my natural nail shape. The lengths are also uneven. At one point, she told me the reference photo was "sprayed on nails" and that it would never look the same in person, but that was never mentioned before starting. If she knew she could not recreate the look properly, she should have been honest from the beginning instead of confidently saying she could do it. I also paid an extra $45 for the nail art design on my ring fingers, which took only a couple minutes each and looked rushed. The ombré technique used was not done well. Instead of properly blending the colors, she cured the dark brown layer first and then stippled white polish on top. I even had to ask her to blend it out toward the edges because it looked unfinished. The final result honestly looks like blood around the nails, almost like "vampire nails," which is absolutely not what I asked for. I understand that I chose the brown base color, but I chose it assuming it would be blended properly with the white like the reference photo. The outcome looked nothing like the inspiration picture. Overall, the service was overpriced, the quality did not match what was promised, and I left extremely unhappy with the results. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience. Update: I redid them at no extra cost with Kim and she did phenomenal. The manager was being a little rude and wanted to charge an extra $25 for the manicure. I explained the detail work costed $45 and I should be refunded that first. We agreed on the on the original price of $100.
Me and two friends went here this past Sunday, for another friends birthday. We were a little late but they still fit us in. We had requested to sit together and the guy at the front said it wa Sony, but then our friend was with a specific lady who refused to let our friend move closer when everyone said it was okay (she was the birthday girl). She said the lady was unkind the entire time. Her tech barely cleaned up her cuticles she had polish on them as well. My other friend thought her tech was nice but left with her fingers stained purple, from the liquid gel. They got the same thing but their nails were different prices. Mine were twenty dollars more but I had two colors. Which seems kinda crazy. My tech, I had to ask for extra layer of polish twice, there were clear spots through the polish. It wasn't evenly put on. My cuticles were really cleaned up. And the sides aren't done well. And there was polish on my fingers I don't think they will last long. For 72 dollars I'd hope they'd last for awhile. We've been to the Glendale location several and we really enjoyed it. But we won't be going back to the Happy Valley location.
100/10 Recommend this nail salon, absolutely love the work they do and the kind staff. The salon is very clean and a welcoming atmosphere; I would like to continue and return here. Recommend this salon above other salons in the valley.
Today was my first time here & I will be coming back from here on out! Very cute, clean salon with welcoming employees. Anthony greeted 80% of the people walking in by name! Lee did my nails and I am OBSESSED with them! She nailed my vision perfectly! Great experience!
We had an appointment, which when I walked in, I was thinking we'd have to wait...it was packed inside. We were directed to pick our pedicure chairs (that was new for us), and we were helped within a few minutes of sitting down. We were offered their menu, picked our pedicure and the ladies got right to work. They were very efficient, but also made the most experience very nice. I'd definitely recommend!
I have never been here before and I saw Anna I am very Leary about getting my nails done due to not doing a good job Well let me tell you Anna is fantastic. She takes her time and makes sure you like the nails after each step She makes you feel so comfortable and she has a great personality.. I will defiantly be back and will see only Anna. Today is my birthday and I am so glad Anna took care of me.. She made my day more special Now the salon is very nice and very clean Finally a salon I will return to
They had a great deal for new customers to try them. They had a clean modern facility and even used some new things we hadn't seen and they were nice touches. Overall the actual pedicures were on point and exactly what my niece and I wanted. Loved the French tip and flower I requested was unique and I'm picky but I loved it! Thanks

I've been coming to this salon for years since moving to the area, and they continue to impress me every single time. The quality of their work is consistently great, and every person who has done my pedicures has always done an amazing job. One of my favorite things is how welcoming they are. The receptionist knows me by name (even before I sign in), and I'm always offered a beverage of my choice when I come in. Everyone is so sweet, friendly, and genuinely enjoys chatting with their clients. It really makes you feel like a regular, not just another appointment. The salon is always clean, smells great, has a wonderful ambiance, and they have plenty of staff to accommodate how busy they are. I always book my appointments ahead of time, and they consistently get me right in without any issues. After coming here for years, I can honestly say I've always had a great experience. read more

I really enjoyed my service today with Kimmai. I appreciated that before I left the house, I received a phone call to let me know she was running a little late. When I came through the door at my adjusted time, I was cheerfully greeted and welcomed into the salon. This place was very busy but I never felt rushed. Kimmai was very friendly and accommodating to me, listening to my requests, and adjusting as needed. My feet were not in good condition as I'm adjusting living in the desert. She took her time on my mani and pedi and just made sure to make my experience really pleasant. I've found my new place to get mani/pedi's in Peoria! Highly recommend! read more

Yelp reviewers were 100% correct! This salon is AMAZING!!! My husband wanted to give me an early Mother's Day gift with a mani/pedi, and I'm so thankful I chose Organic Nails & Spa!!! Kim gave me a wonderful hot stone massage and pedi!! My toes look Oh So Cute!!! Then Lana took the Pinterest pic of "Mother's Day" motif nails and did an IMPECCABLE JOB of duplicating it PERFECTLY!! She could have just rushed through and do an "ok job" because I was the last client THERE but NOPE!!! Lana took her time, carefully selected colors even going so far as to MIX 2 SHADES TOGETHER in order to achieve the best shade!!! (I this day & age, who does that?!!) Lana!!! Why? Because she along with Kim (and probably all the techs at Organic Nails) are true professionals that care yes CARE about doing their very best job possible!!! So now I get to look at their artwork and show them off to the world!! Oh and on top of all that, "Handsome Boy" Anthony (owner?) was so friendly, hilarious & engaging to me and everyone! You can definitely tell that everyone must enjoy working there because it has such a "fun vibe!" Oh and did I mention 1st time clients get a discount, AND they have a 24 (or 48?) hour guarantee that if you're not satisfied you can go back and have whatever it is fixed??!! Again. Who does that?!! Organic Nails is the only salon I've ever heard of that stands by their work! So take your Mom to Organic Nails and treat her to some beautiful "Mama Nails!!" She'll love you almost as much as I love My Hubby!! read more

My nail tech was SO nice, so I feel bad even writing this. I have never left a bad review before, but I paid $40 for a manicure and it looks like it was worth less than $10. I left with 4 hang nails that didn't exist before I got in there. My nails look like they were all painted by my non dominant hand. I fear I will not be going back. Everyone there was super nice, but just never worth $40. read more

Absolutely amazing service. They were so nice! Dylan did my nails and he did an amazing job! Caroline did my pedicure quick and efficiently and they also look amazing! Location: strip mall with lots of shard parking Atmosphere: pretty and doesn't smell of acrylic. Feels like they are trying to be luxury but a lot of the products you can find in the same quick shops. Service: Pedicure was very quick but okay. Full set with another tech was not really. Had to make requests for 2 to 3 fixes and I was charged an extra $8 for trimming my cuticles without knowing this is an extra charge. Not worth $80 at all for the quality. Value: For me this is a skip. My friends midrange pedicure lasted 34 min from when we walked in the door and Im not very happy with the work for either or us. Def do not intend to go here again. read more

Starting with the guy who answers phones and gets you checked-in when you arrive - awesome. He likes to tell everyone he's mean but it's because he's just a big teddy bear. Tina is very detailed and I have not one complaint about her work. Daniel and Kim are great too! read more

Best Nail Salon in Phoenix area and I have tried so many! Superior service, clean professional friendly atmosphere. I will definitely drive out of my neighborhood again just to go here. Splurge on the spa pedicure upgrades. So worth it! I love that it doesnt wreak of that fake nail chemical odor. I could breathe and relax. Thank you Michele and team! read more

I randomly walked into Organic Nails after I literally walked out of the place I had been going to for years. I was done with being treated poorly and walked out. Lee was available to do my nails and she did. MORE than an amazing job!! I used to be in this industry and so I'm very picky about cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation and of course the quality of work. I cried I was so happy. A beautiful relaxing salon with the most amazing staff ever!!! I've been going to Organic Nails on Happy Valley Rd for some years now and I'm still as happy as day one! Daniel usually does my pedicure and Lee does my nails but I've had different techs and I don't have a single complaint!! If you're looking for a place that does great work and is super clean this is your place!!! read more
